ICFAI Law School presents its 1st National Literary Fest, 'Erga Literarium - For Literature'
in coordination with its Literary Club. This event is a first of its kind and hopes to make a
mark among its fellows. It involves three exciting days on campus with a host of
enthralling events lined up for visiting colleges. Being the youngest of hosts among our
peers, we hope to create a niche for ourselves while expecting healthy competition.
We will be hosting our 1st National Literary Fest from the 15th till 17th November, 2019.

O. All participants are required to confirm their participation, along with
other payment details by 5:00 PM on 10th November, 2019.
It is essential that participants arrive at IFHE by 11:00 AM on 15th
November, 2019. The opening ceremony will be held in the afternoon
for which participants attendance is compulsory.
Formal registration and allocation of accommodation will be done
before commencement of the opening ceremony.
Participants will be given their information kits after registration.
The Campus's Mess will be open to participants for breakfast, lunch
and dinner. Along with this, food outlets will be set up during the day
separately.

Registration for events should be done beforehand unless otherwise
provided.
It is mandatory for participants to carry Govt. ID Proof and University
ID, which will be checked during registration. Failure to do so may
result in withdrawal of the participant(s).
No refund of registration fees if any participant(s) wishes to opt out.
Organizers reserve right to disqualify participant(s) if found guilty of
misconduct.
Any breach of rules laid down by the organizing committee will attract
serious action.

Languages: English, Telugu, Hindi, Urdu.
No usage of props.
No restriction in terms of theme but all
compositions being performed must be
original.
Decision of the judges shall be final and
binding.
POETRY COMPETITION
Entry Fee - RS 500
Single team allowed per university.
Films and videos produced after release of themes for the Fest.
Team may have 3-5 registered crew members (excluding actors).
Languages: Any language spoken in India. With exception of the English language, other languages
must contain English subtitles.
Time duration: 5 to 15 minutes excluding credits.
No restriction on genre. Production may be live-action, animation or a mix of both.
A PG-13 mentality must be assumed by the entrants.
Organizers reserve right of screening.
Entry must be original production of entrants.
Ratio of Projector 16:9 must be maintained.
Submissions should be made within specified time, else they will be considered invalid.
Entries must be in .avi, .mpeg, .mp4, wmv or .flv format.

Photography
One person allowed per university.
Use of DSLR for all rounds.
Entries for semifinal will be selected through soft-copy
of photos sent for preliminary round.
Categories of accepted for the event are Wildlife,
Portrait, Architectural, Fine Art, Travel and Stock
Photography.
Raw and barely touched images to be submitted as
entries.
Only those selected for the semifinals will be asked to
visit the university premises.
Registration Fee for Preliminary Round: Rs 200
Painting
One person allowed per university.
Paints, brushes and palettes to be brought by
the participants themselves.
Canvas will be provided.
Painting should be made as per theme
announced.
Themes will be released on social media pages of
the competition.
