Richard Holbrooke: Bonsnia and Hertzegovina, mostly a territorial conflict between the Serb forces and the Croat forces.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: (ADR) is a formal or informal process, such as mediation or arbitration to resolve the differences without resorting to the courts, power plays, or other shows of force.
