The C~HJ V~ sanction is subject to the compliance of following conditions shy

1) The above permission shall be applicable as per PLE Validity Period

2) The abovi consumers shall have to depoit processing fee for availing peak load exemption Rs 50- per kVA of peak load 5anctioned in their favour in the Electrica Sub- Division Kala Amb if applicable within 15 days from the date of issue of this order as per the Schedule of Tariff and Schedule of General and Service Charges applicable failing which the permission so granted

3) The above consumers shall restrict the load as mentioned above during the evening peak load hours

4) The cc n~urner shall be billed for peak hours load as per schedule of tariff in force or as amended from time to time

5) In case of power shortage un-foreseen circumstances the HPSEBL reserves the right to regulate and impose any restrictions from time to time including withjrawal of th~ sanction as may be deemed fit to regulate the supply in the most efficient manner The

HpSEBL shall not be resPonJible for any ioss suffered by the consumer on this Account 6) The sanctioh will not confe r any right on the con~Jmer to dral 3ny additional power other than that permitted to him during the

13) HPSEBL reserves the right to reviewrestrict the PLE sanctioned during SummerWinter months at any time by general or specific order as and when it find necessarv to do so
