Vision & Mission• VISION: To deliver the highest number of best quality exchange
opportunities to internationals all over the world, contributing to the finest professional development and ensuring the most effective stakeholder management.
• MISSION: To Deliver 133 High quality Professional exchanges through the course of 2013, where NPS is at 8 on an average and there is 90% Delivery of all Stakeholders.
Right Quality of Raises• The Right Quality of TN forms and experiences, help in better ELD delivery and better stakeholder management and engagement in MDPs.
Quality of Experience Delivery• NPS & Quality Experiences are of high importance as delivery in the future is aligned to quality of current experiences delivered. (8) for all stakeholders.
LN Implementation & Capitalization• It’s an internal Marketing strategy to improve delivery rate and number of experiences that can be delivered.
Delivery Rate• For effective Stakeholder management, the delivery rate must be maintained at very high standards. (90%)
Focus Areas
Focus Areas
Support Groups Engagement• The TSG, CSG would be engaged either in mentorship or in iGIP as a program to contribute for growth. BOA would also be involved in synergy with ER.
External Visibility & Brand Recall• Marketing strategies for corporate community engagement delivered with industries like construction, IT, Pharmaceutical, Tourism, Consultancies, etc.
Engagement Avenues• Alumni to approached for iGIP partnerships. MDPs to be established. External Events to be capitalized on and partnerships at external forums in synergy with BD.
Documentation & SOPs• The right documentations for all the processes and tracking of program details on a timely basis with very high standards. IM synergy on this aspect.
NPS Manager: Department Quality Management and Experience delivery analysis. One person on a
quarterly basis.
“I’m A Corpor8” campaign: Gaining leverage over LC membership contacts in the corporate network
and providing more professional experiences.
Revised iGIP Contract: Makes the clients more liable and accountable to AIESEC and defines the end of responsibilities of AIESEC towards them.
Corporate Surveys, Industries’ Capitalization, Alumni Capitalization, LN Packaging
Innovation
Delivery Analysis: Process for dealing with dissatisfied EPs and Match Breaks
Learning Network: Segmentation of the market and Industries based on LNs and then further
classifying the end resposibles.
IR: Partnerships with countries that are major EP suppliers to the LC; Brazil, Colombia, Poland,
Russia, Germany.
Supply & Demand Analysis, GLE implementation for Member Development, TT/MT Capitalization in
Construction market.
