Current State• WCMS team is spending some time to understand the previous

WCMS effort

• HCC already bought a Vignette WCMS Software

• HCC Board is committed to complete the pilot

• Full time Project Manager is on board

• PMO made a decision to expand WCMS project team work force – In progress

• For WCMS project knowledge repository, created an WebCT account

• PMO made a decision to get pilot hardware – Delayed

Desired State• Build a strong bridge between Steering committee and WCMS

team - In progress

• Create a clear plan for WCMS pilot project - In progress

• Place an order for pilot infrastructure – Delayed

• According to the plan bring the right resources on time- Delayed

• Find an Internal Business Analyst who can start defining the pilot scope document – In progress

• Setup a meeting with Trendec and Vignette team to have a follow up meeting - Done
