7. The posting of officers mentioned at S. No. 16, 17, 18, 22 & 24 at Para 3 and at S. No. 3 & 5 at Para 4 above are against the temporary downgraded post of JAG ofISS.

8. The transfer of officers mentioned at S. No. 3, 4, 5 & 6 at Para 4 above is on "own request". The grant of TTA/joining time in case of transfer on 'own request' shall be governed in terms of Office Order No. 12015/04/2012-ISS (pt.) dated 30.04.2014 and 27.05.2014.
