• God created our bodies. He gave us commands that would help us to keep our bodies healthy.– Some of these are:

@eating the right food @being clean@ getting enough rest and sleep @and using our body parts only for good things.

Relation to Life

• God is wise. His commands are always good and right. When we obey them, we enjoy good results-just like Daniel and his friends.

• God is pleased when we take good care of our bodies by doing what is right.

• Today, there are many people in the world who do not have enough to eat. They don’t have clean water drink, either. The children become sick. This is a result of our disobedience to God’s commands.
