Page 2: I Am Me

I am Me.

Page 3: I Am Me

In all the world,

there is no one exactly like me.

Page 4: I Am Me

There are persons who have some parts like me, but no one adds up exactly like me.

Page 5: I Am Me

Therefore, everything that comes out of me

is authentically mine because I alone choose it.

Page 6: I Am Me

I owneverythingabout me:

Page 12: I Am Me

my voice, loud or

soft;

Page 13: I Am Me

and all my actions, whether they be to others or to myself.

Page 14: I Am Me

I ownmy fantasies,my dreams,my hopes,my fears.

Page 15: I Am Me

I own all my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes.

Page 16: I Am Me

Because I own all of me I can become intimately acquainted with me.

Page 17: I Am Me

By doing so I can love

me and be friendlywith me in all

parts.

Page 18: I Am Me

I can then make it possible for all of me to work in my best interests.

Page 19: I Am Me

I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me,

and other aspects that I do not know.

Page 20: I Am Me

But as long as I am friendly and loving to myself, I can courageously and hopefully, look for solutions to

the puzzles and for ways to find out more about me.

Page 21: I Am Me

However I look and sound, whatever I say and do,

and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is me.

Page 22: I Am Me

This is authentic and represents where I am in that moment in time.

Page 23: I Am Me

When I review later how I looked and sounded, what I said and did,

and how I thought and felt, some parts may turn out to be unfitting.

Page 24: I Am Me

I can discard that which is unfitting, and keep that which proved fitting, and invent something new for that which I

discarded.

Page 25: I Am Me

I can see, hear, feel, think, say

and do.

Page 26: I Am Me

I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive and to make sense and order out of the world of

people and things outside of me.

Page 27: I Am Me

I own me,

and therefore I can engineer me.

Page 28: I Am Me

I am meand

I am okay.

Page 29: I Am Me

I am the onlyunique me thatwill ever be.

Page 30: I Am Me

I have the power to make a difference in this world,to have realistic goals,

to adopt a positive attitude and to set my life on a better course.

Page 31: I Am Me

I look forward to taking on the grand adventure of life, living, and always remembering to be myself...

I Love being me!
