15 "Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you.”

ISAIAH 49:15

1 Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children2 and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.3 But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people.

EPHESIANS 5:1-11

4 Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving.5 For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person--such a man is an idolater--has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

Because we had been adopted, we call God our Father.

GALATIANS 4:52

6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

ISAIAH 9:66 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father.

5 For You have been my hope, O Sovereign LORD, my confidence since my youth. 6 From birth I have relied on You; You brought me forth from my mother's womb. I will ever praise You. 9 Do not cast me away when I am old; do not forsake me when my strength is gone.

ROMANS 8:233

Because we had been adopted, we long to be clothed.

We don’t enjoy anymore the things of this world.

4 the people of Israel. Theirs is the adoption as sons; theirs the divine glory, the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship and the promises. 5 Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them is traced the human ancestry of Christ, who is God over all, forever praised! Amen.
