I am a poison dart frog and I can climb.

The name of the animal I am studying is the poison dart frog. My animal is an amphibian. It comes in yellow, red, blue, orange, green, and black. It has large eye lids, back lower legs, and feet. Poison dart frogs live in warm places in South and Central American tropical rainforests. It eats flies, dragonflies, beetles, mice, ants, termites, and spiders.

I am a crocodile and I can eat anything that doesn’t eat me first.

The name of the animal I am researching is the crocodile. My animal is a reptile with dark green, scaly skin and has a long tapered snout. The belly is yellow to white and has smooth scales. They can grow to be 15 feet long. They have 66 teeth. Crocodiles live in Florida. Sometimes you can even find them in South and Central America. They live mostly in warm, quiet water. They eat fish, snakes, turtles, and birds. That means it is carnivorous.

My animal is part mammal, part bird, part reptile, and its tail looks like abeaver’s tail. Its body looks like an otter’s body. It walks like a reptile. It has webbed feet anda beak like a bird and it lays eggs. The duck-billed platypus lives on the east coast of Australia. It eats crayfish, worms, insects, snails, and shrimp from muddy water. The name of the animal I am researching is an anaconda. Anacondas are the largest snakes in the world. They can grow to be 30 feet long and weigh up to

550 pounds. They can be as big around as an adult person. Anacondas are greenish-brown. They have two rows of black oval spots and have small white marks on their sides. Anacondas give birth to live young; they don’t lay eggs.

20 to 40 snakes can be born at one time. Anacondas are aquatic predators that are nocturnal. When they hunt, they stay near the surface of the water out of sight. They wait for animals to come to the water to drink. Then they

spring from the water and constrict their prey. They have been known to attack people, but they have not killed any that we know of. Anacondas

usually live about ten years. By

They have reddish-brown hair. Their hands are a lot like ours. They have opposable thumbs and opposable big toes. The orangutan lives in Southeast Asia on the islands of Borneo and Sumatra. My animal is an omnivore that means it eats meat and plants, but it mostly eats plants. They eat fruit, leaves, seeds, tree bark, plant bulbs, plant shoots, and flowers. They also eat insects and small animals like small mammals. Their predators include tigers, leopards, and large pythons. They are endangered due to habitat destruction and poaching.
