Overview ■ Fallon Gateway is a ±379,053 square foot Target, Dicks and Lucky anchored shopping center

located in the center of the Tri-Valley Trade Area serving the cities of Dublin, Pleasanton

& Livermore. There are over 220,000 people in the immediate trade area.

■ The project sits on 33.91 acres and is located at the North West quadrant of Fallon Road and

Interstate 580 where it enjoys unobstructed visibility to Interstate 580.

Opening Dates ■ Target, Dick’s, PetSmart, Guitar Center and first phase of Shops are open,now seeking our next

wave of great restaurant and retailers for Phase II.

■ Lucky estimated opening 2018.

Available Now ■ We have shop and pad space available in Phase II ranging from 1,161 SF - 4,834 SF.

Parking There are ±1,511 spaces provided, approximately a ±4.0 per thousand ratio.

Ingress / Egress The project is accessible via the Fallon Road interchange off of Interstate 580 and Dublin Blvd. The

primary access point is off of Fallon Road which is signalized allowing for all turn movements. A

secondary point exists off of Dublin Blvd (signalized) and allows for all turns in and a right turn out

via a break in the existing median. All Fallon/Hwy 580 interchange upgrades have been completed.
