Reversible Section - (Moveable barrier)

LOS• EB I-394 - Improved operations during the p.m. peak

hour, however queues will still develop at the I-94 off-ramps extending back to Penn Ave.

• EB I-394 – Operations remain the same as existing during the a.m. peak hour

• WB I-394 – Operations remain the same as existing during the a.m. and p.m. peak hours

however, no increase is expected on the ramp to EB I-94 (already at capacity)
