HD TYPE Auto Recirculation Check Valve
1. Purpose ARCV is used to avoid unstable operating and cavitation, which is caused
by the extreme heat and noise at the low flow of the centrifugal pump.
2. Operating As the capacity of Main Flow increase or decrease, Check Valve goes up or down.
The lever delivers this movement to the section of By Pass so that Minimum Flow
could By Pass.
3. Advantage The structure of ARCV is simple and durable. Also, it is easy to disassemble and
have to replace the damage is occurred because of the long period of usage, all you
have to replace is the section of By Pass so the repair fee is inexpensive.
Especially, using ARCV at the point of Contiunous By Pass Orifice for Minimum
flow, you can save 10~30% of electric power.
4. Material Carbon steel is the standard of the section of Housing, and Stainless steel can
be used instead. 12% Cr Stainless steel is the standard of Internal Parts, also
possible to produce with any other materials.
5. Operating Pressure HDL model is available up to 40 bar.
HDM model is available up to 250 bar.
