Is your business saleable? Do you know your numbers? Are youlimiting your focus to increasing sales and decreasing expensesinstead of driving overall profitability? What are your profit margins?

If you’re a business owner or company executive and can’t answerthese questions right off the cuff, you might be following yourbusiness rather than leading it. This was one of many messagesdelivered by Steph Sharp and Kevin MacNeill during a recentbusiness event co-sponsored by the Ottawa Chamber of Commerceand RBC Royal Bank.

Steph and Kevin revealed that the advice they regularly provide toFortune 500 companies equally applies to businesses of any size, old or new. Being a top performer means knowing how, when andwhat to focus on.

The presenters were then joined by Bruce Lazenby, CEO, Invest Ottawa, James Wong, VP, Business Succession Planning, RBC Wealth Management and Iwona Albrecht, Corporate Lawyer,Soloway Wright, to answer a wide range of questions.

If you missed the event and find yourself wanting to take your business to the next level, consider visitingMaximizeProfitSystem.com or MillionaireExits.com to learn more.
