HYDRESS® Hydrogel Wound Dressing facilitates the wound healing process by maintaininga moist wound environment and promoting autolytic debridement. The sterile dressing is designedto be non-adherent to the wound bed for easy, atraumatic removal during dressing changes.

HYDRESS® Hydrogel Wound Dressing is intended for use on dry to lightly exuding wounds.

Skin ulcers (leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers) Minor wounds (superficial wounds, skin tears, donor sites) Scrapes (abrasions)

Directions for Use*Hydrogel Wound Dressing should be applied directly to the wound and covered with an appropriate secondary dressing. HYDRESS® dressing should completely cover the wound bed and can be cut if necessary. For dry to low exuding wounds:

Cleanse wound prior to HYDRESS® dressing application Remove and discard blue release liner from dressing Apply HYDRESS® dressing directly to wound with gel side down Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing to maintain a moist wound environment

HYDRESS® dressing change frequency depends on the amount of exudate present and the condition ofthe wound. If dressing should dry on wound, moisten with water or saline before removing.
