The use of hydraulic roof allows an easy and quick products load from the top ( example : loading by hopper in waste transfer center).

HYDRAULIC ROOF OPENING / CLOSING

Equipements :

Hydraulic door operates with two hydraulic jacks The control panel is localized in the left rear overhang

Operation :

•Beforeoperatingthefloor,checkthattheareaissafe(nopeople,noobstaclesinthefloorfieldofoperation). • Start the truck or power pack hydraulic system. • Operate the spool valve lever up to open the hydraulic roof or push on the control panel button if the trailer is equipped with a esolenoid valve. • Operate the spool valve lever down to close the hydraulic roof or push on the control panel button if the trailer is euipped with a solenoid valve.

Top side red triangles indicate the roof condition ( open or close)

WARNING : • It is forbidden to compact products with the roof. • Do not modify the factory settings for the roof opening/closing speed. • Sweep and clean guide rails on a regular basis, check as well friction pads wear evolution.Incasetherearcontrolpanelisnotaccessible,anextracontrolislocalizedonthetrailerleftsidewheelbase.

1. To open the hydraulic roof (see 3D modeling)

2. A control panel is localized in the left side wheelbase. To open roof push on the white button.

3. The hydraulic roof is open.
