The N7700 series Netbox is the next generation powerful hybrid hardware platform from Netgem, bringing to market a great cost efficient and evolutive TV solution for broadband operators. The N7700 hardware is equipped with the latest cost optimized SoC with enough resources for 3D user interface and video gaming. The N7700 is fully compliant with Netgem’s nCloud IPTV software suite. Including a single tuner, a UPnP media center, and multiple broadcast reception possibilities, the set-top box dramatically reduces the overall cost for Broadband Operators and offers a very scalable model as well as a high Return on Investment. Operators can deploy Over-the-Top services, then enrich the offering with broadcast content, or the other way around. This solution delivers a rich, innovative and cost effective TV services, combining Live TV, PVR, VOD, Internet video services and personal content on the main TV screen, with an option to offer an extended social TV service on tablet.
