HWH Europe is renowned for advanced controls that operate smoothly and safely.

For light and heavy vehiclesHWH has stabilisation systems for applications from 1800 kg per jack. Depending onhe application, we have systems with a capacity of 11 tonnes per jack, thus allowing youto level vehicles from two tonnes up to a maximum of thirty tonnes. The system isextremely simple in operation. Thanks to a compact operating system, you can lift andlevel a vehicle within seconds. Depending on the vehicle, 2 or 4 independently operatedjacks are mounted.

Advantages:• Fast and economical. A hydraulic system works faster and is more durable than an elec-trical or mechanical system, and can lift heavier loads.

• Universal. The system is suitable for all types of vehicles, irrespective of the weight thatrequires stabilisation or levelling.

• Comfort. The vehicle sits as solid as a house and does not wobble. This is an advantageas regards cooking, sleeping, showering or setting the satellite antenna.

• Ease of operation. You operate the system from behind the wheel with feather-lightcontrols.

• Independent of the weather. Even in bad weather, you can operate the system fromthe cabin. And when you want to drive away, a simple command from within the cabinis enough.

• On difficult foundations (excepting very extreme situations). If a jack is suspendedover a cavity, the system will only stabilise when all the jacks touch the ground.

• Speed of extension and retraction. Within 60 seconds, the vehicle stands level andstable. In emergency situations, the vehicle is ready to drive within a few seconds.

• Lifting. This can be done with both sides working independently of each other, so thatthe vehicle is always level.

• Simultaneous lifting. The system raises both sides at the same time, so that the chassisis prevented from twisting.

• Spring retraction. The pistons are retracted using springs, so that the jacks resthorizontally. No electrical power is required and you can move straight away.The horizontal stand prevents the jacks from sagging.

• Added convenience. You can tilt the vehicle in order to empty tanks. In the winter, thevehicle can rest on the jacks, thus preserving the tyres.

• Safety. The system will not work without the handbrake. When the ignition is switchedon, red lamps will give a warning of an extended jack.

A complete levelling system consists of:Two or four jacks, an operating and control unit; a pump unit with 12V motor (or 24V),a wiring kit, hydraulic hoses and HWH oil. Total weight from 28 kg.

STABILISATION SYSTEMS

System HWH 215For simple and fast stabilisation ofthe vehicle. The vehicle can belifted and stabilised from thecabin using a joystick.

System HWH 615For simple and fast stabilisation ofyour vehicle. The jacks are easilyoperated with a compact controlpanel.

System HWH 110A mechanical system consisting of fourjacks, with a seperate control for eachjack. The integrated levelling systemindicates which jacks require to beraised by means of yellow lamps.When all the yellow lamps areextinguished, the vehicle is level.

System HWH 225The jacks are mechanically operatedwith a joystick and the system has antegrated leveller. The unique BI-AXIS®system ensures that the jacks arecontrolled by twos in order to preventthe chassis from twisting. Yellow lampson the display indicate which jacksshould be raised. When all the yellowlamps are extinguished, the vehicle islevel.

LEVELLING SYSTEMS

System HWH 625 one-touchA fully automatic system, equipped withstraight jacks and with BI-AXIS©. Withone touch of the button, the vehicle islevelled in the fastest manner and withall four jacks firmly on the ground.Using the arrow buttons, the jacks canalso be controlled directly. With onetouch of the button, all the jacks areretracted and the vehicle is ready todrive.

System HWH 625A fully automatic system, equippedwith kick down jacks for a low chassisheight (also with BI-AXIS©). With onepress of the button, the jacks arevertical. Subsequently, the levelling canbe set or carried out automatically bypressing the same button again.The automatic function even seeks thefastest way of levelling the vehicle stablywith the four jacks. Using the arrowbuttons, the jacks can also be operatedmanually while using the integratedlevelling system. With one touch of thebutton, the jacks can be retracted to thehorizontal driving position..

Hydraulic jacksfor stabilising the level

HWH works with two types of hydraulic jacks, depending on the clearance below the vehicle: straight jacks and kick

down jacks. HWH has an extensive range of jacks and is therefore able to supply the best solution for any vehicle.

For optimum durability, all the jack cylinders are provided with a special protective layer. HWH develops and

manufactures all the jacks under its own management. The lifting capacity varies from 1800 to 11,000 kg.

Hydraulic telescopic systemsto increase space

HWH-Europe Oldenzaal designs and constructs hydraulic telescopic spacemakers to order, as well as a range of special

vehicle extensions for recreational and commercial applications. The aim is always for more functional space in your

service or sales vehicle, workplace, salesroom, accommodation or camper, and increased possibilities for use.

The systems are user-friendly, strong and extremely practical. To give you an impression of the various spacemaker

systems, we present a number of them here.

Dual Cylinder Underfloor sliding systemThe ideal extension for larger vehicles; strong, technically sound and no maintenance.The synchronised cylinders in the underlying tracks ensure accurate and smooth slidingin and out of the extension. It feels like a fridge door opening and closing. Like all theother HWH systems, this system can be combined very practically with automatic HWHstabilisation jacks. The convenient controls and sound technical quality ensure that thisdual cylinder underfloor always provides considerable increase of space for improvedliving, working or recreational enjoyment. The sliding facility expands the vehicle byup to 1.78 metres.

Universal Straight-Out or Level-Out sliding systemA practical solution in vehicles for which underfloor tracking systems are not suitable.The extension is very presentable and retains storage space under the floor. The USOslide is sprung to prevent damage to the floor. Thanks to the four-points fastening,there is perfect sealing in both open and closed positions. No technical parts are visibleon the exterior. This application is very suitable for extending a kitchen, bathroom orliving room. Operation is performed simply, with one control. The Universal Level Slidekeeps the floor of the spacemaker even with the floor of the vehicle, and the system isthe same as the USO slide. The maximum sliding space is 0.76 metres.

Four-cylinder sliding systemA lightweight system with the possibility of spacemaker construction of 4.3 metreswide and 0.5 metres deep. The cylinders are synchronised, so that no friction is createdwhen the spacemaker slides in or out. The underside of the spacemaker is smooth witha stylish look. Automatic operation is simple and practical, with only one control.The spacemaker can also be operated manually.

Accessories for sliding systemsHWH offers a wide range of accessories for the sliding systems, such as the newSweepeze© for clearing water and dirt from the roof. Also: room seals, room locks,synthetic sliding plates and many other hydraulic accessories.
