Key Supportive Services Jobs driven employment and training services - Each client will develop an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) with their case manager. • Follow up services - Will be provided for as long as three quarters after the participant finds employment. Quality partnerships with other agencies and employers - If services are not directly available through our agency, they will be referred to other agencies that do have those services. • Housing services - We will provide housing strategies that will lead to permanent housing or using a HUD VASH voucher after a participant is enrolled in the program Staff will identify and target skills and competencies that are in demand in the region to develop formal job-driven employment and training service plans. The progress of each client will be tracked through a formal case management process. Partnership to provide holistic services to veterans will be provided including healthcare, housing, rehabilitation services, alcohol and drug rehab, therapeutic services, PTSD and TBI assessment and treatment, domestic abuse and sexual trauma counseling and care, vision and dental services, and physical and mental health services, and job readiness. Must have served in active military, naval or air service Must not have been dishonorably discharged (DD214) • Must be homeless. A person is defined as homeless if he/she lacks a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence, such as living on the street, in a shelter, in transitional housing, a place not meant for human, or will lose their housing within 14 days. Must provide documentation of the above criteria. Eligibility Requirements for Individuals:

Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program

The mission of the HVRP is to assist homeless veterans in need of employment. Veterans who are enrolled in the program work with Volunteers of America case managers to be reintegrated into the workforce and become self-suffi cient.

Veterans receive assistance looking for and preparing for employment.

Services include counseling, education and vocational guidance, required training, job preparation, resume writing, money management and other assistance based on individual needs.
