AHD is a newly developed solution for transmitting full HD digital video in asurveillance system. With AHD, high definition digital video can be transmittedeasily over coaxial cables, twisted pairs, or simply over the air.
Multiple 1080p video streams can be easily transmitted using AHD over a single coaxial cable up to a length of 500 meters without any repeater. Unlike IP Cameras, AHD cameras transmit data that is not encoded resulting in no process and no delay real time and complete transmission.
