ABOUT QAD-DUCTQAD-DUCT is one of the leading fabricators of Galvanized Iron Steel Rectangular Ducts in Doha Qatar with annual capacity of 480,000 sq. meters using the state of the art and latest automated Duct Coil lines. The Ducts are fabricated to DW 142, DW 144, SMACNA and ASHRAE standards or as per consultant’s specification.

QAD-DUCT is in fabrication of wide range of duct product such as Galvanized Iron Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Black Steel, Fire Rated Ducting, Linear Acoustic Insulation and Aluminum Cladding.

QAD-DUCT is ideally suited for fast track project with extensive manufacturing facility using state of art and latest automated American and European machines which provides dimensional accuracy, consistency and high production capacity for Automated Seam Locking, CNC profile cutting and Duct fabrication.

Automated flange cutting machine that acquires accurate flange sizes that is fitted on the duct.

Readily available stocks of all kind of raw materials, Galvanized Iron steel coil/sheet up to 6 months, to ensure timely supply of ducts at projects.

Galvanized Iron steel coil/sheet stocks match with ASTM A 653 M-LFQ, Un oiled, Chromated, Regular Spangle Zinc Coating Z 275 / G (275gms/m2 lock forming quality easily available for duct work. Galvanized iron steel coil/sheet are available from international brands and make as approved by the consultants for the projects.

QUALITY PROCEDURESStringent quality procedure of Six gates is analyzed for highest level of quality.

Gate 1: Incoming product qualifying certificate from respective suppliers along with each consignment.

Gate 2: Raw material inspection done by collecting samples in random basis from each lot as per the specification.

Gate 3: In process operator inspection is done by inspecting first piece and scheduled inspection by equal intervals.

Gate 4: Confirms the effective operator Gate. The patrol QC Gate will operate in equal intervals at each operator Gate aiming to critical quality points at the process. The patrol QC will pick up samples from the process and test the Technical Specification. (Operate as independent body)

Gate 5: In equal intervals supervisor inspecting random basis in production line.

Gate 6: 100% final inspection is done on entire production quantity.

GI RECTANGULAR DUCTRectangular Duct and fittings are factory fabricated to furnish with a high-quality line of products in a broad range of standard sizes. To minimize field-assembly costs, rectangular duct is supplied in lengths up to 4 feet.

Longitudinal seams are typically made with Pittsburgh locks. In transverse joint S & C cleat joints, four-bolt type Cray Flange & CGF Flanges connectors are available.

Rectangular ductwork can be shipped completely assembled or knocked down. QAD-DUCT standard rectangular products are fabricated to meet Latest DW-144, SMACNA, ASHRAE Duct construction standards, We can also custom fabricate rectangular ductwork for commercial and industrial applications according to consultants specifications.

FIRE RATED GI DUCTQAD-DUCT are experienced in manufacturing of Fire Rated GI Ducting with fire rated coatings, providing up to 2 hours /4 hours fire rating approved by Qatar Civil Defense under British Standard BS476 part 24. We satisfy any requirement for fire rated ductwork for ventilation, pressurization, kitchen or smoke extract applications.

STAINLESS STEEL DUCTQAD-DUCT are experienced in manufacturing of Stainless Steel ducting with Stainless Steel Grade 304 / 316 for laboratories, fire rated, kitchen applications and any offshore requirement. This is beeing complied with NFPA norms. All welded Ducts or designed by experienced engineers and manufactured by dedicated team of skilled workmen and qualified welders to achieve quality ductwork.

Longitudinal seams are made with Pittsburgh lock or Continuous Welded, SS Angle Continuous welded on edges of duct and tack welded on the Surface of the duct or 25mm Self Flange for Transvers Joints.

BLACK STEEL DUCTQAD-DUCT are experienced in manufacturing of Black Steel Ducting for the fire rated and kitchen applications as per NFPA-96, designed by experienced engineers and manufactured by dedicated team of skilled workmen and qualified welders to achieve quality ductwork. Longitudinal seams are made with liquid tight continuous external weld. Mild Steel Angles are welded continuously on edges of duct and tack welded on the Surface of the duct or 30mm & 40mm Self Flange for Transverse Joints.

ALUMINIUM DUCTWORKQAD-DUCT are experienced in manufacturing Aluminum Duckwork as per DW 142, DW 144, SMACNA and ASHRAE standards. Manufactured from materials with AA1100 mill finish H14 Temper. Longitudinal seams are typically made with continuous welded, Pittsburgh locks and S & C drive slip joints / Flanged in transverse joint.

DUCT LINER25mm or 50mm black Acoustic insulation with 24kg or48kg density specifically designed as an interior insulation material for sheet metal ducts used in heating, ventilating and air conditioning. Provides an optimum combination of efficient sound absorption, low thermal conductivity and minimal airstream surface friction. Self-adhesive hangers comprise of a galvanized steel nail firmly mounted on a galvanized steel base which is backed by a self-adhesive.

ALUMINUM CLADDINGQAD-DUCT are experienced in manufacturing Aluminum Cladding work as per DW 142, DW 144, SMACNA and ASHRAE standards. Manufactured from materials with AA1100 mill finish H14 temper.

Mostly this would follow as per site requirements.
