musicianship, this trio from Boston is impressing

audiences throughout New England and beyond. Since

gained recognition for their original songs and high-

energy shows. The band has shared bills with Leftover

Salmon and David Grisman, and regularly performs at

venues and music festivals up and down the East

Coast.

SLAMBOVIAN CIRCUS OF DREAMS Saturday, April 6 - $26M, $28NM

Called everything from 'hillbilly-Pink Floyd' to 'folk-

pop' to 'surreal americana', New York's Slambovian

Circus of Dreams (AKA The Grand Slambovians) "is a

riveting, mesmerizing, crazy, amazing machine of

music." – Chronogram Magazine. A rootsy

psychedelica that MAVERICK MAGAZINE calls

"Mightily impressive and hugely original rock from

the cool end of Americana", their melodic avant-folk

conjures with an exotic instrumental arsenal and a

palette of styles ranging from dusty Americana ballads

to huge Pink Floydesque cinematic anthems. The

Slambovians charm from the first note with thought

provoking lyrics - creating intrigue and attraction for

thinking audiences. Formed in Sleepy Hollow, New

York over a decade ago, they pioneered the alt-folk

circuit, staying on the fringes of the music industry.

Winning support from indie radio and press since their

inception, fans fueled their career from the ground up

to an international status. Having headlined major

music festivals and venues across the US, Canada and

UK, this band has a devoted cult following. The band

is led by songwriter Joziah Longo

(vocals/guitar/harmonica) "Soothing and bewitching as

a snake oil tonic, the entire root system of Rock Family

Trees is embedded in Longo's voice." - The Big Issue,

Scotland, UK, and joined by Sharkey McEwen (guitar,

mandolin), Tink Lloyd (accordion, cello, etc), and Eric

Puente (drums, percussion). They create a captivating

vibe that feeds the soul.

COFFEEHOUSE – Saturday, April 20 - $9M, $10NM

Mark T Small is an internationally recognized musician and entertainer who’s performed throughout the U.S. & Europe. He won Best Acoustic Blues Album in 2014 and his recordings have reached the top 20 on National Music Charts. Mark is an extraordinary accomplished guitarist; his playing has the razor edge and speed developed from years of flat-picking. The combination of his lightning fast bluegrass style with soulful blues are integral to Mark’s style today. He is equally adept at old- time to ragtime to boogie. Mark’s signature singing and foot-stomping Delta Blues with a Chicago blues slant and Honkytonk renditions spells a formidable, electrifying artist!

Bill Anderson uses images, stories, and fingerstyle

guitar to present songs about places and people from

his life and travels. From Guadalajara to Warsaw he

takes those experiences and weaves them into songs

filled with characters and feelings. His work is self-

concealing, inviting the listener in to discover truths.

With a love song about the La Brea Tar Pits or a

Midwest metaphor, Bill’s clear tenor covers a range of

emotions, making a lasting impression!

Open Mic: Some after Bill, some after the break. Sign

up when the doors open at 6:30 PM
