Conditions of this Permit

Family members include a father, mother, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, child, spouse or common-law spouse and are listed above. During the regulated hunting season the permittee may hunt with the above listed people provided the permittee has a valid hunting license and does not shoot animals for those individual listed above.

Non-Indians may only hunt in accordance with The Wildlife Act and Regulations. The permission to hunt remains in affect until the end of the regulated hunting season or until such time the permittee's license is void after harvesting an animal.

Note: Treaty Indians hunting under their treaty rights on private land must have the permission of the landowner.

During the closed hunting season the permittee may assist and aid those individuals listed above hunting game animals provided the permittee is not in possession of a firearm or shoots or kills game animals.

APPLICANTS WHO ARE SUSPENDED FROM HUNTING, MAY BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A PERMIT TO ASSIST BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OBTAIN PERMIT TO HUNT.

The permittee must abide by the legal hunting times in The Wildlife Regulations, Section 11, Subsection 1. The permittee may only aid and assist in hunting wildlife from one/half hour before sunrise until one/half after sunset.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PERMIT WILL RESULT IN THE PERMIT BEING REVOKED.

THIS PERMIT MUST BE CARRIED AT ALL TIMES WHILE HUNTING AND MUST BE PRODUCED UPON REQUEST OF AN OFFICER.

IF YOU ARE CONVICTED UNDER THE WILDLIFE ACT AND/OR REGULATIONS, THIS PERMIT IS INVALID AND THEREFORE REVOKED.

THIS PERMIT EXPIRES ON MARCH 31ST OF THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
