• Wanted to incorporate elements of our Washington, D.C. trip with a reflective exercise
•Created a collaborative project between all four 8th grade classes that required discussion and creation entirely on the wikispace
•Utilize visuals, primary resources, and create a haiku
•Present at an all middle school assembly for Memorial Day
