Food Security, Energy Security, Clean Water and Hospital Constrictions in Poor Countries of

the World is a Global priority requiring urgent interventions. Our observation is that many

Countries have no food security, no energy and functioning hospitals and especially not for

tertiary or High Level Care. Many people die for correctable and treatable illnesses.

**These Very Poor Countries will need immediate Food Security,Agricultural and

farming aids, Housing,Clean Water, Energy Security, Hospital, Mass Transportation,

Road, and Sewage Infrastructure Systems Construction

The 45 Poorest Countries of the World:

#1. Democratic Republic of the Congo

Not to be mixed with the neighbouring Republic of Congo, the Democratic

Republic of the Congo has become the poorest country in the world as of 2010.

Democratic Republic of the Congo was known as Zaire until 1997. Congo is the

largest country in the world that has French as an official language – the

population of D.R Congo is about six million larger than the population of

France (71 million people in D.R Congo vs 65 million in France). The Second

Congo War beginning in 1998 has devastated the country. The war that

involves at least 7 foreign armies is the deadliest conflict in the world since

World War II – by 2008 the Second Congo War and its aftermath had killed

5.4 million people.

Liberia is one of the few countries in Africa that have not been colonized by

Europe. Instead, Liberia was founded and colonized by freed slaves from

America. These slaves made up the elite of the country and they established a

government that closely resembled that of the United States of America. In

civil war followed. After the killings of hundreds of thousands, a 2003 peace

deal was led to democratic elections in 2005. Today, Liberia is recovering from

the lingering effects of the civil war and related economic dislocation, with

about 85% of the population lives below $1 a day.

population with HIV and AIDS. The health issues aren’t seeing any

any peaceful time between the everlasting civil wars as a result its the fourth

poorest country. Owing in part to its landlocked geography, poor legal system,

HIV and AIDS. Approximately 80% of Burundians live in poverty and

according to the World Food Programme 57% of children under 5 years suffer

from chronic malnutrition; 93% of Burundi’s exports revenues come from

selling coffee.

export of the Central Africans Republic, accounting for 40–55% of export

revenues. The 2010 UNDP Human Development Report ranks CAR near the

bottom of its Human Development Index (159th out of 162 countries) and

unlikely to meet its MDG goals. The proportion of Central Africans living on

$1 a day has decreased slightly to 62% but it needs to be half of that in order

to reach the 2015 goal.

for enhanced debt relief under the International Monetary Fund program for

Highly Indebted Poor Countries.

budget. In 2006, Malawi was approved for relief under the Heavily Indebted

Poor Countries (HIPC) program. In December 2007, the US granted Malawi

eligibility status to receive financial support within the Millennium Challenge

Corporation (MCC) initiative. Agriculture accounts for 35% of GDP, industry

for 19% and services for the remaining 46%. In addition, some setbacks have

been experienced, and Malawi has lost some of its ability to pay for imports

due to a general shortage of foreign exchange, as investment fell 23% in 2009.

Guinea also has diamonds, gold, and other metals. The country has great

potential for hydroelectric power. Bauxite and alumina are currently the only

major exports. Guinea’s poorly developed infrastructure and rampant

corruption continue to present obstacles to large-scale investment projects.

Agriculture employs 80% of the nation’s labor force. Under French rule, and

at the beginning of independence, Guinea was a major exporter of bananas,

pineapples, coffee, peanuts, and palm oil. From independence until the

With 50% of the population living below the international poverty line of

US$1.25 a day, Mali is one of the poorest countries in the world. Some of its

natural resources are gold, uranium, livestock, and salt. Mali remains

dependent on foreign aid. Economic activity is largely confined to the riverine

area irrigated by the Niger River and about 65% of its land area is desert or

semidesert. Mali experienced economic growth of about 5% per year between

Poorest to Poor above

All new Hospitals built will have Teletreatment capability to be

able to link with major hospitals in USA,Europe.China,Taiwan

and Israel.

SCHOOLS/UNIVERSITIES CONSTRUCTION

Education provides the greatest lasting solution to Poverty. Hence we would focus

resources with local leaders to create infrastructure where learning is nurtured

from very early ages.

Kindergaten education to Grade School to High School then College and

Universities.

We will work with Modern technological aids to facilitate this process. He will

make sure that every country has access to Khan Academy On Line as well as class

room programs.

Once we construct the infrastructure, we will align with USA, Taiwanese, Chinese and

European Educational Systems to help staff and move the programs forward in each countries.

We will adopt high technology infrastructure development to bring these new constructions to

the current age with all classes equip with computers and Tele classrooms to be able to

connect to classrooms in developed countries around the world.

SHELTER AND HOUSING

What we know is that in Most of these Poor countries people live in Straw and Tin Sharks.

Open to the element and disease

We can place Prefab self sustaining eco houses in large numbers in several countries. 50,000

homes per countries to begin complete with sewage ,Water and community Agriculture. The

USA and Israel will be good to help here.

MICRO BUSINESS AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT

It is critical in each country to aid the success of local businesses my providing micro loans

paid back with minimal interest

With minimal Bureaucracy we will fund anyone with business plan or story unwritten that

makes sense or people who need money to grow their business or ideas.

ORPHANS HOUSING AND PLACEMENT

In many countries Orphans roam the streets and become victims of drugs and prostitution

these are children who should be in school.

We will provide housing and education and adult supervision and spiritual guidance for

these young people.

REFUGEE PROJECTS WITH THE UNITED NATIONS

The United Nations High Commission on Refugees and USAID have the most advanced

knowledge on the Worldwide state of the Refugees. We can collaborate with the both on

where we can focally advance and improve the lives of the refugee especially in areas of

providing schooling for the Children of the Refugee families also clean water and sewage.

While these organizations are good at providing food and Tents, they appear to need help

in the other related full care are.

AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT

It is very hard to believe that while many countries throw away food on a daily basis 60%

of the world have not a full mean a day.

the land is dry. However China and USA has very very good well tested system in

Agricultural development with a turnkey model as we have seen with the Warren Buffet

Group. Also as already designed by Williams Group.

REINVESTMENT AND MARKETS FOR POOR COUNTRIES

It is critical that we develop a model where we invest in commercial projects so the

infrastructures like Roads, Mass Transportation and Hospitals become self sustaining

within each countries. This money can be reinvested in building more infrastructure as

needed by the countries or maintaining the one they have. In addition this model with

create ongoing jobs that sustain families and new college graduates.

Many of these countries have vast natural resources that can be developed and

commercialized. Example,fishery,animal husbandry, Agriculture

gold, diamonds, platinums, limestones, colored stones, Crude Oil refined etc

Hence a world class farming and mining industries can be develop by training the

indigenous population in skills required to develop their own resources while we provide

the right equipment and training.

Finally we can Begin immediately with these outline and expand to details with feasibility

studies and design and meetings with the countries. I suggested we have a group meeting

in the United Nations with these countries first and listen to what they say. Then tell

them what we can offer.

We will work with our existing contacts in many countries and set up offices in these

countries with very strict guideline as to how we operate.
