Keynote Speaker: Dr. Bill Felice Dr. Felice is a professor of Political Science at Eckerd Colleges and teaches courses in international political economy, international organization, international law, and human rights. Dr. Felice will address questions such as: Is the concept of human rights primarily a western concept?, How are human rights reconciled with religious practice?
