AP channels should be properly designed to prevent interference. When planning AP
channels, avoid interference from existing signals, which is of great significance to
ensure high access quality.
Overall channel planning rules: Co-channel and adjacent-channel APs should be
deployed far from each other to increase channel multiplexing efficiency. Additionally,
interference between APs on the same floor or different floors should be considered.
19
High-Density Highlight : AP Deployment
Ceiling
Coverage Mode Advantage Disadvantage Recommends
Side mounting
1. APs and terminals are visible to each other in line-of-sight distance, with
penetration loss within the allowed range.
2. The APs are easy to install.
3. APs are placed in a line. Co-channel APs are far from each other, providing
good anti-interference capability.
1. The last row of seats is near the ceiling. APs are within reach of the
audience. In this situation, AP protection boxes are required.
2. If the terrace has a large stand depth, customers need to deploy APs
in other modes to enhance signal coverage.
Roof mounting
1. APs are easy to install on ceilings with bridleways.
2. APs and terminals are visible to each other in line-of-sight distance, with
penetration loss within the allowed range.
1. It is difficult to install APs on high ceilings with simple structure.
2. Channel planning must take all APs around into consideration. This
mode has poor anti-interference capability.
Under floor mounting
1. AP signals attenuate due to obstacles. The AP coverage area can be controlled.
Therefore, many APs can be deployed to cover more users.
2. APs are deployed at the rear of the terrace, invisible to the audience.
1. Obstacles between the terrace and terminals are complex; therefore,
signal attenuation is hard to estimate.

Scenario 1: Office Mobility — Large Enterprise
Scenario: Employees with their own mobile terminals need access to the Wi-Fi Intranet.
Large enterprise relies on the WLAN infrastructure and policy server to identify
the type of terminal, then IT administrators can give verified users appropriate
permissions according to their user role and terminal type.
Selling Points: (Intelligent Device Identification by Server) Accurate Automatic Identification: The device fingerprint identification
feature is built-in the policy server for accurate identification of terminal type,
whether it’s an iPhone or iPad, or even a laptop.
Easy On-Boarding of New Terminals: When an employee brings a new
device into the Wi-Fi network for the first time, the server process is self-
service with a simple, self-registration platform.
Flexible Context-Aware Policies: With device fingerprinting, IT can enforce
flexible security policies to permit iPads on the corporate network, deny
Android devices on the network, or even restrict bandwidth for iPhone
applications. Policies can be defined by role, device type, time segment, and
so on.
Product Solution: WLAN controller: AC6605-26-PWR (box-shaped AC)
Indoor AP: AP6010SN/DN or AP7110SN/DN

Scenario 1: Office Mobility — Small Business Scenario:
This small business prefers not to buy terminal identification and
policy management components because of budget limitations. A
WLAN controller integrated with terminal identification and built-in
portal authentication functions can help to implement basic
network access controls for small businesses.
Selling Points: (Device Identification by WLAN
Controller) Small Business Office Mobility Solution: The WLAN can
identify terminal types such as smart phones, tablets, laptops, and
PC terminals by matching the type to a database. With a built-in
portal server and local AAA server, the WLAN controller can
enforce different authorization permissions according to different
terminal types and user roles.
High-performance: The AC6005 Controller fully meets
specifications for high-performance networking to deliver 4 G
forwarding capability with DTLS encryption, twice the forwarding
performance than other similar devices.

Scenario: Electronic classrooms are equipped with smart terminals with Wi-Fi access.
Wired and wireless devices need unified access to campus network.
Selling Points: Radio Resource Management:
•Dynamic Channel Assignment
•Dynamic Transmit Power Control
Versatile AP devices meet any requirement on campus with indoor APs for
school buildings and libraries, indoor Distributed Antenna System (DAS) APs for
dormitories, outdoor APs for public squares or stadiums. There is always a AP
meets users requirement.
Integrated wired and wireless network: delivers the same user experience
wherever users are — the same security policies apply, whether wired or
wireless. Wireless and wired networks seamlessly interconnect, reducing network
management and maintenance costs.

Scenario 2: Wireless — Primary Education Scenario:
Multimedia information and interactive information network is needed
to promote updated teaching methods, homework on the network, e-
book packaging, high-density coverage for Airplay applications, more
bandwidth, and better response for real-time services.
Selling Points: Electric Classroom:
•High-Density Coverage
•Wi-Fi Multicast instead of Unicast technology
•Optimized Video Streaming
Flexible Authentication:
•Repeatedly permission after once authentication success
•Centralized Authentication Architecture
•Distributed Authentication Architecture
•Mixed MAC and Portal Authentication
Seamless Roaming:

5G Frequency Band Prior, 2.4G for stale mobile terminal
1, There are lots of existing stale terminals, just like 802.11g terminal, only
work for 2.4G Hz, it will get heavier burden on 2.4G
2, Huawei support load balance feature which 5G prior for terminal access,
it will decrease the burden on 2.4G
Cellular deployment, reduce interference and increase
capacity
1, different frequency band per cell
2, more 5G frequency band can be selected than 2.4G
Recommend:

Scenario: Wireless video surveillance is easily deployed at campuses,
center city, tourist attractions, and so on.
It includes point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, relay, and ring
networks for wireless transmission.
Outdoor equipment works in storm, rain, and high and low
temperatures (-40 to 60 degrees) for reliable operations in any
environment.
Selling Points: Plug and Play: New MESH AP nodes do not need to be pre-
configured; the new MAP access MESH network automatically
downloads configuration profiles as required.
Flexible networking: The Huawei wireless video backhaul
supports WDS mode and MESH mode. The WDS mode
provides greater transmission bandwidth; the MESH mode
provides redundant link protection.

Scenario 4: Video Backhaul — Camera Access Solution
•Uses 2.4 GHz band when connected to a
wireless camera.
•Works best when not more than 30 meters
distance between an AP and wireless camera
•When using a 5 G backhaul + 2.4 G wireless
coverage solution, you need to configure both the
5 G antenna and the 2.4 G antenna.
•AP6510/AP6610 supports only one directly
connected camera.
•AP6510/AP6610 supports multiple cameras with
LAN switch.
AP6510DN-AGN/ AP6610DN-AGN
①AP + wired camera
②AP + wireless camera
③AP + wireless CPE + wired camera
•Uses 2.4 GHz band when connect to outdoor wireless CPE; the CPE
connects to wired cameras.
• A single AP can be connected up to five wireless CPEs.
•Works best when not more than 500 meters distance between the AP
and wireless CPE.
29
Scenario 4: Video Backhaul — Solar Power Supply
Scenario:
Rivers, deserts, no man's land — these areas do not easily acquire mains
electricity
Due to distributed monitoring points locate, lead to can not get mains
electricity conveniently.
Selling Points:
Mixed supply of solar-power and diesel machine:When it rains, the
diesel machine starts working.
Product Solution:
Solar photovoltaic modules (PV modules for short): A photovoltaic power
system converts solar energy to electrical energy
Bracket of solar PV modules: The physical installation space for the solar PV
modules and components includes an anti-theft feature
Diesel machine (including the standby diesel): Diesel machines provide AC
power equipment for the site by converting fuel chemical energy into
electrical energy.

Background & Requirements Northumberland is a largely rural county with many people living in remote
but stunningly beautiful locations. This means that the market cannot be

viable for them to do so. This is where the government money is being
used to help incentivize the market to do something in those most rural
communities.
