1.1.3 U2000 will display the template. Release ticket for each site which detected

Temp_Alarm.Right click on the Memo Columnand site rowand choose Memo

at the pop up window.

1.1.5 Check the alarm on site. For example site 090293_Inpres_Raya. Normally

we can query the performance result site by site or at one subnet.

1.3.2 OSN/RTN in hub sites is Major_1, RTN in end sites is Major_2.

1.3.3 Service affected base on service priority.

1.4BO TX assigned one PIC to check the alarm and output weekly report for the TT

processed quality (SLA). To show how many alarm have no TT, and how many

alarm cleared successfully. For the long time processed TT, need escalation to FM

RM/GM.

2. FM SCOPE

2.1FM must go to site within SLA.

2.2Check the cabinet fan, clean it and if still not running well, replace it.

2.3 Check the IDU Fan, clean the dust prevention and clean the fan. If still problem,

replace it.

2.3Base on the environment, if the alarm still occur, and FO reopen TT, Please

escalate to FM RM/RTS to confirm for change the installation/add cabinet.

Recommended bellow installation. Note: If no high temperature alarm occurs

within 1 week, it means that installation no problem in that site.
