The Southeast XLerator Network is one of four IDeA State Regions to receive a National Institutes of Health STTR award to create a Regional Technology Transfer Accelerator Hub. The Southeast IDeA States region includes six states (KY, WV, SC, AR, MS, LA) plus Puerto Rico, and our XLerator Network includes 24 academic institutional partners across this whole region. XLerateHealth is the SBC recipient of this grant, and the University of Kentucky is the Lead Academic Partner. The Southeast XLerator Network is one of four IDeA State Regions to

receive a National Institutes of Health STTR award to create a Regional

Technology Transfer Accelerator Hub. The Southeast IDeA States

commercialization guidance andsupport. If you would like to apply

to be a SME please apply here.

XLN is building a robust set ofcurriculum to support the

commercialization learning needsof researchers, students,

entrepreneurs both online viathe Hub as well as in the local

ecosystems.

XLN’s capital access tools willhelp educate and support

researchers & entrepreneurs tolearn about and successfullyapply for SBIR/STTR grant

funding. We are also creating anetwork of Angels and Venture

Capitalists in the region andnationally.

XLN’s ResearchMarketplace provides a

searchable collection of resourcesspecifically culled to assist with

the commercialization ofbiomedical innovations.

The resource map identifiesfacilities and resources available

throughout the XLerator Network.All resources are categorized foreasy sorting. If you would like toview or add an object to the map,

A secure portal for launching andmanaging all aspects of a grant

review process; from applicationsubmissions through review,

scoring and reporting.

A researcher focusedAssessment Tool will yield a

personalize Road Map ofactivities and curriculum with a

goal of increased successfulSBIR/STTR applications andultimately more technologies

commercialized.

XLN will provide training and supportfor partnering institutions and their

ecosystem partners who would like tobuild capacity in their region by
