All high power reflectors have an inner cross frame that not only strengthens the reflector, but protects the chambers from contaminating elements, thereby allowing the reflector to perform under the most extreme conditions.

Reflectors can be mounted on trees, poles, gates, vehicles, buildings, jersey barriers and guard rails or may also be adapted to any application requiring safety enhancement.

Inner cross frame adds strength and durability to all applications. Reflectors can be installed using adhesive, tape, screws, nails and rivets.

AEROSOL SPRAY12 oz Glass beads are manufactured to receive and

project light rays permitting a beam of light to be returned to its source with immense clarity. The micro glass bead elements are imbedded in a pigmented binder which secures the bead to the painted surface. The aluminized encapsulated spheres provide an effective optical reflex system which is highly visible at night. Glass spheres resist ultra violet rays and are impervious to static buildup.

Sphere Brite Night vision reflective spray can be applied on any surface to create a bright reflective finish. Sphere Brite’s aluminized micro glass spheres resist ultra violet rays and outside aggressions providing long term reflective characteristics. How does it work? A special acrylic paint mixture is used to maintain the spheres in suspension. This mixture allows the aluminized spheres to adhere to most any surface providing surface protection while creating a reflective surface. Sphere Brite is a precision micro bead delivery system that can be applied to metal, concrete, asphalt, wood, rock and some plastics. DESCRIPTION Sphere-Brite® SBT-7 is our unique single package formula for textile & apparel printing. When properly cured on woven cotton or nylon fabric it maintains over 60% of its original reflectivity after 50 AATCC home laundry cycles. The ink is easy to use and has a shelf life of over 12 months while pro-ducing excellent and consistent print quality. SBT-7 Latex Textile Screen Printing Ink is pigmented solely US Reflector #1945 retro- reflective micro spheres. Stabilizers and other additives are selected for clarity and wash fastness; contains no fillers. SBT-7 prints well on woven or knit cotton, poly/cotton, polyester and other porous fabrics (nylon, urethane, polyolefins), or Lycra/Spandex. Please consult a US Reflector representative for alternative ink recommendations.

BENEFITS SBT-7 Screen Printing Ink is designed to reflectorize textiles using a standard screen printing process. Armorstud’s 360° unidirectional optical reflex technology reflects light back to its projected source from any area with in its 360 degree radius. Armorstud’s optical reflex characteristics provide winding roads and turns a distinct visible marking system for all oncoming motorists.

Rumbler bar spacing is variable and adaptable to the roadway hazard area or slow zone. It is effective to have more than one field of bars providing advanced warning with a rumble that can be heard and felt when crossing over Sections.
