form is a creative mat-ter. We do this by ex-tending our collective to include a writer and a silversmith and by con-centrating the essence of the visual into miniature. Enjoy!

In 2008 I won the Ip-Art short story competition. I used to think that oth-ers were writers but I write too and my voice is growing louder.I love the freedom and puzzle of words.

My work for purplesnail has been in computer abstract art. But I have for several years had a soft spot for watercolour painting. Minature wa-tercolours would be a good opportunity to try out my skills.

Taking photographs is my passion. Pictures of “the ephemeral, the fugi-tive and the contingent” to quote Baudelaire. This time I want to express the randomness of life, in mi-nature, with a variety of materials.

I am a ceramic artist working in stoneware and porcelain combin-ing traditional methods to create contemporary sculptural pieces. My main area of expertise is in the use of smoke and pit firing techniques.
