To make that first move even easier, we have launched a new soft landing service for the Northwest – HELLO NORTHWEST – offering free, flexible, serviced office space for the first 12 months of your company’s move.

HELLO NORTHWEST enables businesses to establish a foothold in key locations within the region. The scheme is supported by a full spectrum of business development services including an extensive, free and confidential package of advice and assistance to companies looking to invest in the Northwest.

With almost seven million inhabitants and 252,000 businesses, the Northwest is a thriving economy. It is worth a remarkable £119 billion – the UK’s largest regional economy and bigger than 15 EU countries. The region has three international airports connecting to over 270 destinations worldwide.

12 months rent free in fully serviced accommodation in anchor locations across the Northwest. The rent free period applies to one free desk per investing company. Service and parking charges are negotiated and contracted directly between the company and the serviced office provider.

The free rent service is supported by the full range of business support services provided by the NWDA, MIDAS and TMP including an extensive, free and confidential package of advice and assistance to companies looking to relocate to or expand within the Northwest.

The Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA) has joined forces with MIDAS, Manchester’s Investment and Development Agency, The Mersey Partnership, three serviced office providers (Avanta, Bruntwood, Orega) and three science parks (Manchester, Liverpool, Daresbury) to launch a new soft landing service for the Northwest.
