DAY 01 UDAIPUR TO AHMEDABAD * TRAVEL BY BUS

Assemble at MDS Sector-3 Campus, Udaipur at 6.00 A:M with packed breakfast departing at

6:30AM for Ahmedabad (240 km) from Udaipur. Lunch organized on the way reaching

Ahmedabad Railway station @ 13:00 pm.

DAY 01 AHMEDABAD TO MUMBAI * TRAVEL BY TRAIN

Proceed for Mumbai by SHATABDI Express by 14:30 p:m from Ahmedabad to Mumbai evening

snack and Dinner serve in train, reaching Mumbai @ 21:30 pm.

TRAIN NO 12010 TRAIN NAME SHATABDI EXPRESS

(Why SHATABDI and not other trains for MDSians - Shatabdi Expresstrains are a series of fast

(called superfast in India) passenger trains operated by Indian Railways to connect Metro cities with other

cities important for tourism, pilgrimage or business. The Shatabdis are among the fastest trains in India andthe Indian Railways considers them as prestigious. The Shatabdi Express trains run over short to medium

distances while the Rajdhani Expresses are long-distance trains connecting the nation's capital New Delhi tocapitals of states. Both series of trains have a maximum speed of about 130 km/h (81 mph). Shatabdi Express

trains offer fast connectivity with only a few intermediate stops. They are fully air-conditioned and of a muchhigher standard than most Indian trains. Shatabdi travelers are provided with bottled water, juice, coffee or

tea, and meals relevant to time of day of the journey.

Shatabdi trains are also further distinguished from other trains, in terms of convenience in boarding and

disembarking. Most stations give them priority berthing at the better platforms, such as ones located close to

the station building or waiting halls (generally platform number 1 at most of the stations).

As Shatabdi Express are day-trains and return to the station of origin the same day, coaches (called AC Chair

Car or CC) on the train have only seats and not berths. All the Shatabdi Express trains have, however, one ortwo coaches of first class airconditioned seating. These coaches have wider leg room and offer better food

compared to the normal Air conditioned seating (CC). New on board entertainment systems have also been

installed on some of these trains where the passengers can view movies and television serials directly viasatellite. One of the first services to have this system is the Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express.)

DAY 01 MUMBAI TO LONAWALA * TRAVEL BY AC BUS

Proceed to Lonawala by our special AC coach, 82 km from Mumbai (approx 2 hr. journey).

Check in at Lonawala resort and overnight stay at Lonawala.

DAY 02 Lonawala to Imagica 30km

After breakfast students will be free to use water park facility. After lunch, MDSians will proceed forLonawala sight seen , wax museum, Tiger point, Bhushi Dam, Sunset - back to resort for dinner and

overnight stay at Panoramic Resort

DAY 03 Lonawala to Adlabs Imagica for FUN n MASTI

After breakfast (8:30AM) proceed for Imagica to reach there

by 9:15AM. Lunch at Imagica Returning back to resort by

7:30 PM followed by Dinner and overnight stay at Resort

DAY 04 Lonawala to Aqua Imagica for FUN n MASTI

After breakfast (8:30AM) proceed for Aqua Imagica to reach there

by 9:15AM. Lunch at Aqua Imagica Returning back to resort by

7:30 PM followed by Dinner, Camp fire and DJ Party and

overnight stay at Resort

Day 5 Lonawala to Mumbai - Udaipur

After breakfast (7:30AM) check out from hotel (8:30AM) then proceed for Filmistan Studio

(Lunch in Filistan) - Mumbai Darshan, Gateway of India , shoping at kolaba (individual

chargeable basis), marine drive, juhu choupati. Packed dinner will be provided at 8:30PM

departing from Mumbai by 10:00 PM overnight journey to Udaipur by bus.

Day 6 Reaching Udaipur at MDS Sector-3 Campus by 11:00AM

Don t ;-

1. Dont bring liquor / any banned Drugs / any Smoking & Non Veg Food. NO SOFT DRINKS ALLOWED TO

BE PURCHASED OF CARRIED BY STUDENTS. IT WILL BE PROVIDED IN HOUSE TO THE STUDENTS

ON DEMAND.

2. Dont bring costly Jewelry or Costly Items.

3. No indecent behavior with girl/ boy students, if found guilty he/ she will have to terminate the tour immediately in

between and necessary disciplinary action initiated at college after from the tour.

4. For each event/ place duration and time will be announced in advance, students have to report back timely,

otherwise leaving the late comers proceed with the balance tor for the day.

5. Non adherence of pre fixed breakfast, Lunch and Dinner timings, any delay will cause inconvenience to others,

hence dont be the reason for causing delay in the tour schedule.

6. Dont eat outside at unhygienic places; sufficient hygiene foodis provided at all places as per timings.

7. No quarrelling or undisciplined or unethical behavior will be tolerated. Your fun should not become pain for

others. MDSians are expected to maintain discipline in the entire tour.

8.

In case of a dispute the decision of your faculty members accompanying the students in tour will be final andbinding on them.

9. Any other item not mentioned above and cropped up during the tour, the matter will be discussed with the

accompanying faculty members and matter sorted out amicably. Their decision is final and binding on the parties

concerned.

10. Meeting with any relatives without pre-information and due permission is not allowed. Dr. Shailendra Somani,

Director, MDS and Dr. Nidhi Maheshwari, Principal, MDS are the only authorities who will be allowing such cases.

In case of any such incidents without permission, the student will have to discontinue the tour on immediate basis

and shall be returned back to Udaipur.

11. Going outside the Hotel Premises in not permitted after reaching the Hotel.

12.Any other item not mentioned above and cropped up during the tour, the matter will be discussed with the

accompanying Management & faculty members and matter will be sorted out amicably. Their decision is final and

binding on the parties concerned.

NOTE:

The above itinerary is provisional and is subject to changes as may be desired or necessary without any prior

intimation to the members joining the tour.

Hotel check-in and check-out subjected to the terms and conditions of management.

School I.D. Card is must along with Vishu holidays I.D. Card (If not carried then Railway fine whatever

will be applicable to the student)

Baggage must be carried and ported by the students only. Baggage tags will be provided to all the students

by the authorities.

Personal camera is allowed to be carried by students.
