The ‘HTL-R’ Hydraulic Torque Wrench is unbelievably versatile, ensuring that other manufactures, the likes of ‘Hytorc’, ‘Wren’ and ‘Rapid Torc’s’ ratchet links are interchangeable with the ‘HTL’ Power Head. Designed for the most confined applications, when you can’t utilise standard sockets or low profile ratchet links the HTL “Ultra-Low” fits where no other hydraulic torque wrench will. The “Ultra-Low” slides on to the HTL Wrench and is operated via the wheels rolling around the side face of the flange or casing for either tightening or loosening your nut/bolt. Each size of HTL “Ultra-Low” comes complete with a range of 12 point ring type and open ended spanners and while working with our in-house design team, each spanner link can be modified to suit any application.

Standard 4 Port Hydraulic Torque PumpThe new improved ‘work horse’ of the torque wrench industry! Introducing HTL’s new range of air and electric torque pump units. The newly redeveloped torque pumps are more compact and stylish than ever. With a brand new valve system replacing the old temperamental Shear Seal System, eradicating downtime due to Shear Seal wear and tear, giving the pumps a far greater life cycle increasing performance and durability.

The new compact solenoid valve system utilses less power making this most efficient system available. Both the air and 110v torque pumps units have been designed with the operator in mind, with each pump now more user friendly and portable incorporating an ergonomically designed moulded carrying frame. Both models come complete with four quick connect ports to enable up to 4 torque wrenches to be operated simultaneously and is designed to operate in the most harsh environments. Each pump is delivered ready to use and each incorporates their own unique features.

Automatic 4 Port Hydraulic Torque PumpThe all new HTL Auto-Pump. Introducing HTL’s new 4-port air / electric operated automatic hydraulic torque pump unit, the Auto-Pump.

Newly developed by HTL the Auto-Pump offers a fully automated operation allowing the operator to pre-set the pressure then activate the pump unit which will then continuously operate hands free until the pump reaches the pre-set pressure. This ensures less operator fatigue as well as ensuring consistency bolt for bolt. The all new Auto-Pump features a new valve system which dispenses with shear seals which was the cause of some down time in the old units due to wear. The electric unit features a new compact solenoid valve system which requires less power to function.

Both the air and electric pump units have been designed with the operator safety in mind and include an ergonomically designed carrying frame. Both pumps also come complete with four port manifold allowing the simultaneous use of up to four torque wrenches.

INFINITE HYDRAULIC TORQUE PUMP

Here at HTL we can customise the colour of your pump to fit in with your corporate branding. Our corrosion stopping powder coated frames and large capacity tanks are available in almost any colour, making your pump easily identifiable.

Choose our quick connect hand controls in order to prevent damage to your control whilst transporting and storing your pump. You could also add an extension to your control, increasing the separation between the pump and the operator for added safety.

For extra security why not store your pump units in one of our lockable Armo Guard steel boxes. As well as housing the pump unit, there’s also room for hoses, tooling and other accessories. If you need added mobility we also offer pump carts to help transport your pump from A to B.

Add custom twinline hoses to your pump order. Cut to specific lengths for applications where the standard hoses supplied are unsuitable. As well as offering a variety of lengths, colours and fittings of hose we also offer a range of colour co-ordinated handle grips.

Norbar Pistol Grip Pneutorque MultiplierPneutorque Pistol Grip Pneumatic Wrenches provide a smooth and continuous output drive, which can be controlled using an air pressure regulator, called the Lubro Control Unit. The air pressure can be set to stall out with a repeatability of +/- 5% on any given joint.

The pistol grip wrench is comfortable and safe for the user to operate, due to its non-impacting, low-vibration levels as well as its gear box, which has the ability to rotate independently. This means that reaction forces are not transmitted back to the operator , when they are using the product.

The Pneutorque Pistol Grip Pneumatic Wrench is engineered to be one of the most lightweight and fast tools of its type on the market. The exceptionally compact diameter of the gear box means that the tool is well balanced and provides excellent access to bolts. When the product is rented to a customer , an accompanying package is provided. This package contains a filter lube control, inter-connecting hose and a Peli Protection Box, as well as its own calibration certification and pressure torque graph.

Nose Extensions

Special nose extension reaction devices have been developed for use in situations where tool access is restricted. An example of typical application would be on the rear wheel nuts on heavy vehicles.

As well as these features, the product has a wide range of special properties:

Ratios quoted are always the torque multiplication ratio, not the velocity ratio as given from some competitor’s products. SPX Topside Hydraulic Tensioners (SRT)The spring return design dramatically increases productivity and safety on the job site when compared to older technology manual return tensioners. All models excluding the ‘SRT 0’ model have a stroke of 10 mm and cover ranges from 3/4”- 4”. The SRT tensioners offer both metric and imperial inserts. The anti- slip tool surface improves operator grip as well as increasing safety. The dual port design makes operation twice as fast as a single port tensioner, as well as simplifying hose connection and eliminating tee-block.
