ANNUAL MARKET WRAP (6:00)

DJIA

The Dow was up 7.5% for the year 2014 - Why?

1) Liquidity Someone somewhere has to put in $100 billion per month into the

economies of the world to keep things moving up. If liquidity/Quantitative Easing stops or goes below $100billion, the

markets will begin to collapse. Nations (USA, Japan, China, etc) push liquidity in the market by

creating more and more debt.

2) "The 9th Floor Phenomenom" QE in America never really stopped. On the 9th floor of the NY Fed at 33 Liberty Street operates a small group

of traders called "The Directive." The Directive takes the $4.6 trillion on the Fed’s balance sheet and buy

futures at the CME. They manipulate the equity market up bymanipulating the futures market up.

They also made it possible for other central banks to buy futures . Through this manipulation, The Directive decides what the price of stocks

should be. The price of stocks must rise or America falls.3) US Debt

As long as we can continue to pump US debt higher, the market goes up.4) Low Oil Prices

The low price of oil is helping consumers which make up 2/3 of oureconomy.

The IMF said low oil prices could add 0.7% growth in global GDP.

As long as this all continues, we could go on for a while as we are. However, eachof these aspects is fragile.

Japan has been doing most of the QE, and China a little. Japan has gone to the nthdegree in their QE, and it has failed on several fronts. They can't sustain this.

Now there are reports of magma moving and potential earthquakes in Japan. If The Directive cut back on futures buying, it would hurt the market as well. Does the Directive report to the BIS or the US government? The BIS has spoken

out against them. In March, will the US debt ceiling be raised? Oil has dropped because of an agreement between Saudi Arabia and the US to

hurt Iran, Russia, and Venezuela and to force them to the table. Oil price can rise if there is a crisis or if supply is damaged. Usually when oil prices are

down, those hurt most by it will engineer a crisis (war, terrorism, etc) to get theprices back up.

Gold (18:45)

Gold is down just a little for the year, from 1,250 to 1,200.

Gold has been good in the long run, but it has been collapsing the last 3 years. We believe that gold will fall further to below $1,000 – this is a good time to accumulate

Silver fell further than gold percentage-wise. When they go up, silver will also go up more .

India has imported 7400 metric tons of silver this year – an all time record. No oneelse is accumulating silver in the same way.

This could have something to do with the BRICS Bank which India is a part of. This is one of the smartest things a nation could do at this time. The US mints silver but has no reserves.

The world was slow to wake up to the new reality in which China is now thede facto IMF sovereign backstop, as Zero Hedge described two weeks ago in"China Prepares To Bailout Russia" when we noted that a PBOC swap-line wasmeant to reduce the role of the US dollar if China and Russia need to help each

other overcome a liquidity squeeze, something we first noted over two monthsago in "China, Russia Sign CNY150 Billion Local-Currency Swap As Plunging OilPrices Sting Putin."

In fact, it was only this week that Bloomberg reported that "China Offers RussiaHelp With Currency Swap Suggestion." But in order to fully backstop Russiaaway from a SWIFT-world in which the dollar reigns supreme, one extra step wasnecessary: the launching of direct FX trade involving the Russian and Chinesecurrencies, either spot or forward - a move away from purely theoretical bilateralFX trade agreements - which would not only enable and make direct currencytrading more efficient by sidestepping the dollar entirely, but also allow Russiancompanies to budget in Chinese Yuan terms. It is no surprise then that this is

precisely the missing step that was announced overnight, and will beimplemented starting Monday.

From Bloomberg: China will allow trading in forwards and swaps between the yuan andthree more currencies in a bid to reduce foreign-exchange risks amidincreased volatility in emerging markets.

The China Foreign Exchange Trade System will begin such contracts withMalaysia’s ringgit, Russia’s ruble, and the New Zealand dollar from Dec.29, it said in a statement on its website today. That will extend the yuan’sswaps trading to 11 currencies on the interbank foreign-exchange market.

We’ve been watching this situation to see if the USD will continue to be in demand in theworld.

The Chinese Yuan is now becoming convertible with any other currency on the marketand won’t need to go through the USD.

This means there will be less demand for the USD in these areas. China is also stepping into a role of bailing out other nations (Russia) and in their

own currency. Up until now, all bail outs have come as USDs. The day may come when the US is bailed out with Chinese Yuans.

If Russia and China ever decide to establish a commodity-backed currency, it wouldreally damage the USD.

Libya Oil Shut Down (35:30)

Oil prices got a temporary boost Monday from fresh concerns over Libya's abilityto bring oil to market as conflict among militias roil the OPEC-member nation.

The question is how long the boost will last…

Fighting has shut down Libya's largest ports at Es Sider and Ras Lanuf. Afire caused by a rocket attack last week destroyed 800,000 barrels ofcrude—more than two days' of the country's production—Libyan officials said onSunday. Libya is now producing just 128,000 barrels of oil per day, Reutersreported.

This is one way to drive the price of oil up.

Strategic Event Timeline (38:00)

After the new congress is seated, they will finally have enough votes to override thePresident’s veto.

Therefore, the Keystone Pipeline could get passed. However, it is less urgent/convincingwith the price of oil so low.

The oil from Canada is expensive to produce. Oil will eventually go up and it will be needed. Because the US didn’t go along with the the IMF 2010 Reforms, the IMF will be

taking action for alternative methods to implement the reforms. These reforms will eventually remove the USD from being the world’s reserve currency,

and the US will no longer be the #1 economy in the world. IMF capital will eventually move to Beijing as China becomes world's #1 economy. In March, Congress will have to address the Debt Ceiling. If they don’t raise it, the

government will be forced to live within their means, but it would tank the economy. On April 4 is the Passover Blood Moon. There are signs in the heavens that this is a

strategic time.

Timeline Evaluations

America will lose it’s status as having the world’s reserve currency - this is what allowsus to be a superpower and to fund a huge military around the world.

Normally printing all the money we have would cause inflation in America, but becausewe send these dollars around the world, we don’t feel the effects of it. We haveexported our inflation around the world.

We expected the SDRs to be put in place already, but it could be delayed 6 monthsto a year .

Terry told us to watch Italy, Greece, Italy and Spain. Greece is in trouble. They’ve called elections for January 28th. It looks like a Nazi party

will come to power to get rid of austerity and immigrants. If it happens in Greece, it couldquickly follow elsewhere. In France, Le Pen’s father was in the Nazi party. The US is backing a Nazi party in Ukraine. Italy is being flooding with thousands of refugees from the Middle East. ISIS plans to

The first 7 years of plenty started in 2008. The last year sabbatical year of the yearsof plenty would end on September 14, 2015.

Then 7 years of famine would go to Sept 26, 2022. The blessing to Israel really came inthe 3rd year of famine.

Euro-Dollar / Petrodollar Battles (1:15:00)

The big battles we’ve had the last 30 years have been over the Euro -dollar and thePetrodollar .

America needs the USD to be the reserve currency for other nations (Euro-dollar), andfor oil to be traded in the USDs (Petrodollar).

If/when America starts losing these battles, America will decline in the world. If overseas dollars come home back to the US, huge inflation would skyrocket. Right

now things are deflationary.

The quoteabove makes clear the intention of transitioning from “words” to “deeds” and to“implementation”.

It also references the 2018 time frame which we have discussed as the end ofthis stage, and the beginning of the next stage of multilateral transition. We willreview the three stages of transition further down the road but for now it isimportant to understand that we are moving from Stage One into Stage Two,and the third and final stage will commence in 2018.

This statement gives a very clear indication that the G20 is considering giving theUnited States Congress a short window to ratify the 2010 reforms or they willmove forward on “implementing” the Plan B reforms, which will bypass the USand potentially remove the American veto, with an even larger decrease in quotaamounts.

Erdogan's strategy and agenda: job creation, international tax, internationally the year of

implementation Muslims will force through and implement 2010 IMF reforms. By July 2015 a new board of the IMF, and new funding will be in for the SDR system. “Asset-based financing” essentially means: they will finance mega projects around the

world, and if the nations fails to make payments on the projects, the IMF will seizepossession of them.

The BRICS Bank will be based there, and they will fund their own projects. The BRICS Bank is an attempt by the BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China,

and South Africa) to either replace or supplement the IMF. 90% of the IMF loans go to European nations, and the BRICS nations are tired of it. Russia was going to start their own oil bourse in St Petersburg. They are now doing it in

Shanghai instead. Oil in Shanghai will not be sold in USDs, which breaks the petro-dollar.

The new Shanghai Gold Exchange will set price of gold .This is a big deal becausethe prices of gold and silver have critical impact on fiat currencies, and our fiat currencyis in jeopardy.

Money is transferred through the SWIFT banking system, and every USD transferred iscontrolled by the USA. China and Russia have developed a Shanghai-based alternativeto SWIFT, which gives people the ability to transfer money without USA.

All of these actions will sabotage the US dollar . The US may counter with false flag events and attacks to keep the dollar in power. There is some evidence that the MH370 plane turned up in northern Pakistan. Ken

believes it is currently being modified and prepared for an attack to defend theUSD.
