Skipper David Warner (2) was the first man to be dismissed off a short-pitched ball from Bumrah before Bhuvneshwar struck with the wicket of the in-form Aaron Finch (8), comfortably caught by captain Virat Kohli on both occasions. All-rounder Moises Henriques (62 not out) and Travis Head (48 not out) then started the repair work cau- tiously before launching an all-out attack on the Indians to eventually end up with a 109-run undefeated third wicket stand. India's wrist spinners -- Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav -- failed to generate any purchase from the wicket like their Aussie counter- part Adam Zampa. Henriques was the more destructive of the two, as the right-hander brought up his second T20I half century by clobber- ing Kuldeep for two successive maximums ending India's hopes. I'M UNDER PRESSURE TO HAVE ANAIRPORT LOOK: SAIF ALI KHAN

MUMBAI, (IANS) Actor Saif Ali Khan doesn't believe in having anairpor t look, but says he is under immense pressure to come up withone. The actor feels one "should live in a society that looks within andnot (at) what you're wearing". Saif opened up about fashion and thingsassociated with it during an episode of "Yaar Mera Superstar Season2". The episode will go on air on Saturday on Zoom channel, read astatement. Asked if he is lazy when it comes to some activity, Saifsaid: "Dress up, sometimes... If it's winter, I love dressing up. But ifit's hot, I'm lazy to dress up. I'm also lazy to wake up, generally. "Imean I like sleeping. I can give it 12 hours. I can do a 10 to 10. But thatis very rare. That's when I'm catching up on my sleep. Like if I haven'tslept a lot and then one day I can do it like a 12-hour, otherwise 7hours I sleep... We should live in a society that looks within and notwhat you're wearing and all."Everyone shoots you and puts it up and then someone makes afashion comment. Airpor t look! If I ever get an airpor t look, just comeand slap me. I don't have an airpor t look but I'm under pressure tohave." Has he come up with an airpor t look for himself? "No. Never. My airpor t look is like a non-look," said the actor, whose wife KareenaKapoor Khan is considered a fashion icon. Saif is busy with the pro-motions of his for thcoming enter tainer "Chef". Directed by Raja KrishnaMenon, it's an Indian adaptation of the 2014 American film of thesame name by Jon Favreau and is slated for release on Friday.

MUMBAI, (IANS) Actress Jacqueline Fernandez, who isall excited for the third instalment of a hit franchise "Race3", says that she found her role in the film quite challeng-ing. "It's a very different role. I am really excited to playmy character because it's actually a role that sees me invery different light," said Jacqueline at the launch of sea-son 2 Body Optix of denim brand Lee on Tuesday."... I am finding the role quite challenging to do," added theactress. "Race 3" has been directed by Remo Fernandeswith Salman Khan in the male lead and Jacqueline saidthat it will be a completely new take on Race as a fran-chise."Like how it was in par t one of two of 'Race', in this filmalso all the character has shed of negativity. They all arenegative until you see who actually is good person andwho is bad. "Now that we have Salman on board and Remois directing it so it's completely new take on 'Race' as afranchise, so i t wil l be excit ing," said the actress.Jacqueline will be sharing the screen space with SalmanKhan again after working in "Kick"."Af ter 'Kick', my career changed a lot for the better. I reallydo owe a lot to him (Salman) for that. He put in his faith inme and did a film such as 'Kick' at the time where I didn'thad faith in myself. "That time, we did 200 crore film andnow we are doing 'Race 3' together. I am excited and hop-ing to hit that mark again with this film," she said.Commenting on the success of her last release "Judwaa2", Jacqueline said, "I am really excited. It feels amazingwhen your film does well but the kind of love and accep-tance, we received with 'Judwaa 2' is something that mademe, Varun and Taapsee really happy." Jacqueline will alsobe seen with Sushant Singh Rajput in "Drive" which isdirected by Tarun Mansukhani.

Jacqueline finds her 'Race 3'role quite challenging

Treated as a rom-com with a blend of sunshine and dead-pan com-edy, this is a simple feel-good film that is trendy and contemporary. With a set of unhappy people in the fer tile tur f of Mumbai City, Direc-tor Milind Dhaimande's "Tu Hai Mera Sunday" showcases life in thismetro. Through the lives of five friends; Arjun, Jayesh, Domi, Rashidand Mehernosh, who spend their Sundays together, playing football inany available space in the city, the film touches upon several issuescharacteristic about the city.It is all about getting into spaces; personal included. Beneath theplacid sur face of the nar rative lurk desires and anxieties which show-case the daily fabric of one's life making it a personal experience. There isnothing in the film that isn't unfamiliar, yet the narrative is intriguing. Thescreenplay seamlessly meshes several stories which often link-up. It showsus people who are emotionally incompetent. They want to be loved buthesitate to voice their feelings because, "We give up things so easily.a It alsotells us, "We should fight and not be escapist."The film largely hinges around the talented but competitively shy Arjun, "thenice-guy" among the lot. It is on his insistence that, one Sunday, they let an oldman, "Appa" tag along to their game, which sets the narrative rolling. You waitwith unexpected breath waiting for the sequences to unfurl. Though deeplytroubled, the characters are not freaks. One is invested emotionally in thesecharacters and at the same time, you have a kind of ironic detachment that

enables you to laugh at them. Though forced, you get the essence of the filmwhen Jayesh Garodia screams - "Isn't there a God up there, why isn't hekeeping us happy".The casting is near perfect and the performance of the lot is realistic. BarunSobti is charming who coyly self-admits to be, "Mr. Nice Guy". With his self-confidence and desire to be in a happy-zone, he is intriguing to his sister andto all those around him. Shahana Goswami as Kavya Ranganathan, his loveinterest is ear thy and natural too. As an independent girl, she is appealing andshe is alluring when she tells Arjun, "I want to meet Mr. Right to do all the funthings in life- parlour, travel, shopping." Shiv Subrahmanyam as "Appa" Kavya'sfather, suffering from Alzheimer's is captivating, unfortunately the script doesnot delve deeper into his character.Cast in a stereotypical role of a Goan musician, Vishal Malhotra as Dominic, seems forced at times. His constant bickering with his widowed mother andolder brother Danny seem banal and over the top. Maanvi Gagroo ashis brother's girlfriend Vinita is earnest. Avinash Tiwary as the flam-boyant Rashid who feels considerate towards a divorced woman(Rashika Dugal) with two differently abled sons, Nakul Bhalla asMehernosh - the Parsi accountant, who gets attracted to Peppy (PallaviBatra) a secretary in his office and Jay Upadhyay as Jayesh Garodia, the stockbroker who gets elected as the secretary of the local club, are all sincere.

Piaggio India launched a newspecial edition scooter in India christened the VespaRED, which was launched in collaboration with RED, acompany that par tners with global brands to createawareness and also suppor t the fight against HIV/AIDS.This par ticular version of the Vespa RED has beenlaunched only in the Indian market, and every sale ofthe line will generate money to finance global fundgrants that suppor t the fight to end AIDS in India. Zaira Wasim finest actor inHindi film industry: AamirMUMBAI, (IANS) He has worked with Zaira Wasim in"Dangal" and in the for thcoming project "SecretSuperstar". Bollywood star Aamir Khan has praisedthe child ar tiste, saying she is the finest actor in theHindi filmdom now. The actor spoke about workingwith Zaira when he went to the Global Indian Interna-tional School (GIIS) in Singapore to promote the film, read a statement. "The criteria of being a good actoris the same, whether you're a child or an adult. Youhave to be the par t, be the character and be able todeliver that. So the criteria is the same. I had awonder ful experience working with, whether it wasDarsheel Safary in 'Taare Zameen Par' or Zaira in'Dangal' or even Kunal Kemmu in 'Hum Hain RahiPyar Ke'," Aamir said. "There's a very famous quoteby a Hollywood personality 'Never work withanimals and children, because they steal the sceneaway from you and as an audience your hear t goesout to them'. These kids are so bright and intelligent.Zaira, for me, if you ask me who is the finest actor inthe Hindi film industry today, I would say Zaira. She's absolutely amazing," he added. In "SecretSuperstar", Zaira, who hails from Kashmir, plays ateenage girl named Insia who dreams of becoming asinger. The film, written and directed by AdvaitChandan, is about how she fulfills her dreams bykeeping her identity hidden. Produced under thebanner Aamir Khan Productions, Zee Studios andAkash Chawla, the movie will release on October 19.

An official Hindi remake of Jon Favreau's 2014 film by thesame name, Director Raja Krishna Menon's 'Chef' is a breezyfilm, centring around the self-discovery of Chef Roshan Kalra(Saif Ali Khan), a Michelin three star chef. Roshan, who hailsfrom a middle class Chandni Chowk family, is attractedtowards cooking from the age of ten and aspires to learncooking from the 'chole bhature wala chacha' in hisneighbourhood and become a chef much to the chagrin of hisfather who wants him to become an engineer. How after losing his job at a renowned restaurant in the US,Roshan returns to Cochin to meet his son Armaan (SvarKamble) who lives with his ex-wife Radha (PadampriyaJanakiraman) and realises his priorities and centres hiscareer as a chef around them, is actually the rasion d'etre ofthe film. The film dives straight into his present life as a chefin the US and merely skims through his early life, includinghis failed marriage and divorce, without really delving toomuch into it.While the first half has a wee bit of emotional drama, thesecond half is clearly a series of road trips showcasing hisnew found meaning in life as a chef and how he makes asuccess of it. Director Raja Menon extracts natural perfor-mances from his actors and that perhaps is the strength ofthe film as the story is staid and the treatment simple. There

is no element of drama or any interesting twists and thenarrative flows on an even keel. Humour comes in the form ofSaif's comic timing and some witty one liners.Saif as Chef Roshan Kalra is endearing. He por trays thecharacter in his inimitable style with his attitude and swag toboot. He tries earnestly to look and behave like a chef when inthe kitchen. Save some attempts at chopping, or perhaps frying, one does not really get a peek into his cooking skills. Hisrelationship with his son Armaan aka Ari is easily one of thehighlights of the film. Swar Kamble as the young Armaan isconfident and essays his character realistically. Padampriya asRadha Menon, his ex-wife, is every inch the independentworking professional who has put her past behind her and is yeta friend and well-wisher of her husband.Milind Soman as Biju, Radha's friend and anchor is competent, while Chandan Roy Sanyal as Nazrul, a junior Chef and devotedto his "guru" Chef Roshan has nothing much to offer, but issincere. The music by Raghu Dixit and Amaal Malik is melodi-ous and meshes well with the narrative. "Tere Mere" by ArmaanMalik is par ticularly pleasant. Cinematographer Priya Sethcaptures all the places through her lens with utmost candourand sincerity, especially Cochin. Overall, Chef is a feel-goodfilm about the impor tance of relationships and the messagecomes across smoothly albeit garbed in a long-drawn plot.

I humblyrequest people to stop labelling it as one and, for asecond, try and see it for what it really is. I have beenharassed by this for four years and the well meaning andprobably necessary social bias toward women hasdeemed me helpless in defending myself. I'm not here toaccuse or judge anyone, but it's time I defend the truthbecause when truth suffers the collective consciousness ofsociety suffers. Civilization suffers. Closer to home, familiessuffer.
