HREC ARRANGES SALE OF LA PLAYA RESORT & SUITES Daytona Beach, Florida
(Denver, Colorado; Orlando, Florida; Maimi, Florida) – HREC Investment Advisors is pleased to announce it has arranged the sale of the 239-guestroom La Playa Resort located in Daytona Beach, Florida.
HREC Investment Advisors represented the seller during the transaction. The sale was negotiated by Paul Sexton, Senior Vice President, in the Orlando office and Ted Anka, Vice President, in the Miami office.
The Hotel is located directly on the beach along Hwy A1A (Florida’s Atlantic Ocean-hugging costal road) in the heart of the Daytona Beach tourism corridor – which includes the Daytona Beach Main Street Pier, the Ocean Center, and the Daytona Beach Boardwalk, along with any number of food and beverage establishments. Access to the property from I-95 is afforded via multiple bridges, including the West Granada Boulevard bridge (to the north) and the International Speedway Boulevard bridge (to the south).
