PSE is first contact partner in all personnel matters
Personnel Support – main tasks:Personnel recruitment (job advertisement, contract of employment)Consulting in work and tariff requirements (part-time employment, parental leave, wage classification)Preparation and implementation of HR policy principles Cooperation with the staff council
Payroll AccountingIs responsible for the net calculation of wages and salaries according to consideration of legal regulations (Campus North)The Payroll Accounting for Campus South employees is administrated by the LBV – Landesamt für Besoldung und Versorgung Baden-Württemberg in Fellbach (near Stuttgart)

Time Management (Campus North)Corrections in the time registration system in compliance with the regulations and on your requestSetting the yearly entitlement to holidaysBooking all absent days (e. g. holiday and sick days)
Business Trips / Tickets Preparation and accounting of business trips, visits, series of lectures You can get job tickets for the direct transfer to the KIT by bus and tram (Campus North)Job tickets for Campus South employees are available at the staff council (Campus South)
Personnel planning and Controlling / StatisticsPersonnel budget monitoring Financing of staff requirements Reports of all personnel indexes (e. g. for the managing board, BMBF, HGF)
