Responsibilities

• Arranging flights, insurance and accommodation• Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and

passports• Sending out tickets to clients• Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet

their expectations• taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations in

order to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers

• Dealing with complaints or refunds

Duties

• Using a booking system to secure holidays• Collecting and processing payments• Cooperate with travel partners, including

airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance

• sourcing products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism

Education and Skills

• Requiring a high school diploma• Bachelor of business management, organizing,

marketing.• Communicating skills• Solving problem skills• Language skills ( at least 2 language:
