For browsers on Windows platform, Go to Help > About [ browser], which displays browser type and version.

2 Pop-up blocker If pop-up blocker is enabled, user cannot input credentials and login. Pop-up blocker should be always disabled for ‘https://hrconnect.ssg.petsmart.com’

Note: While reacting to pop-up blocker message, please select ‘Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site’ on pop-up blocker settings, which you can select when first accessing the site by right-clicking on the pop-up notification and selecting it from the drop-down:

NOTE: Selecting ‘Temporarily Allow Pop-ups’ could lead to certain malfunctions. Or, follow the following steps to always allow pop-ups from HR Connect: 1. Go to hrconnect.petsmart.com and click on Log on to HR Connect. 2. From the HR Connect log in screen, click on Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Turn Off Pop-up Blocker

Note: You can go to Pop-up Blocker Settings to add the HR Connect URL to always allow pop-ups from the site.

3 JavaScript If JavaScript is disabled on the browser, user cannot input credentials and login. Scripting should be enabled to login. These settings vary per browser.
