managementA. Hassan Mohaideen - President and CEO

� Dr. Mohaideen formed Health Plan Systems (under the name Palm Lake Enterprises,Inc.) in 1988 and the first version of medical management software was released in1990.

Dr. Mohaideen has always been at the cutting-edge of managed health care and theevolving use of technology in health insurance.

He formed one of the first Independent Practice Associations (IPAs) in the New YorkMetropolitan area and served as a member of the Board of Directors of Aetna HealthPlans of New York for 11 years.

Dr. Mohaideen currently serves as a consultant to several physician groups thatcontract with insurance companies.

He previously served as a Senior Vice-President for Managed Care, of BrooklynHospital Center. He has held the position of Medical Director at several self-insuredfunds.

Dr. Mohaideen practiced Vascular Surgery for 28 years in Brooklyn, New York and isa member of the faculty of the State University of New York – Downstate MedicalCenter.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Mohaideen holds an MDdegree from Stanley Medical College, India and an MBA from Wagner College, NewYork, and is a Certified Physician Executive (CPE).

� Mr. Kabir has managed software development for the past 20 years with strongbackground managing all areas of software development lifecycle. He is a certifiedProject Management Professional, and has got his MS in Engineering.

Prior to joining HPS, Mr. Kabir worked for over a decade with EDS. He has providedstrategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of severalinformation and technology systems for customers in both government and privatesectors.

He has managed programs dealing with several projects involving multipleorganizations spread across the country.

Ms. Mohaideen has worked in healthcare technology for the past 15 years. Her experience includesworking for a hospital systems vendor and a management consulting firm.

In her previous position she reported to the CIO and CMIO of the largest municipal healthcare systemin the country (NY City Health and Hospitals Corporation), coordinating large scale clinicalinformation systems projects.

She is proficient in HIPAA (both on the transaction and privacy side), and evaluating healthcareprocess flow in administrative, financial, and clinical areas with respect to the implementation oftechnology.

She is an adjunct lecturer in clinical informatics at the New York University College of Nursing. Sheholds a B.A. from Cornell University, and a Masters in Science in Health Policy & Management fromthe Harvard School of Public Health.

Satish Kurian - Vice President, Sales and Network Services

He has a Bachelors of Science and a Bachelors of Technology in Electronics & Telecommunications.He also holds Cisco and Microsoft certifications including MCSE, CCNA, and CCNP.

� Mr. Kurian has extensive experience in privacy and security and has successfully led organizationsthrough CISP security certification for compliance with the stringent credit card processingrequirements.

Mr. Kurian is knowledgeable in all facets of HIPAA privacy compliance and has background in allmanner of security issues. He has been instrumental in planning, building and managinginfrastructure.

He has industry experience in data networking and information security, with strong knowledge inrouting, switching, security, email technologies, wireless, voice, virtualization, storage, cloudcomputing & disaster recovery.

� Noor Rajah is the director of the actuarial program at Columbia University. Prior tothat, Noor served as a senior manager at Deloitte in New York.

Noor also performed risk management evaluations and optimization for employeebenefits systems and has performed risk assessment for large employee benefit plans.
