Lessons learned

Communicate and motivate• Crowdsourcing tool must be easy to use and fun!• Critical mass is essential in community crowdsourcing.• Community motivation and recognition are key.• Terminology is involving a lot of people within large companies.• Communication, evangelization… and more communication!
