proposals in accordance with PPRA under “Single Stage- Two Envelop Procedure” from

GST/NTN registered firms/Dealers/distributors having own Office/ Phone/Fax number (if

found contrary the tender will be rejected) preferably based in Punjab for the following

a) No bids will be entertained without earnest money equivalent to 05% of the bids value in favour of

State Life in the form of Pay Order (Cheque is not acceptable).

b) The sealed quotations should reach to the Secretary Zonal Procurement Committee, State Life,

Zonal Office, 40-C, University Road, Sargodha up to 11:00 a.m. on 16th May, 2017. The Envelop must bear the name bidding item at its right hand corner of the Envelop.

c) Technical bids will be opened in the office of Secretary (Procurement), State Life, Zonal Office,

40-C, University Road, Sargodha on 16th May 2017 at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids will also be opened in the same meeting.

d) The Competent Authority may reject all bids / proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The competent authority shall upon request communicate to any supplier or

contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals,

but is not required to justify those grounds. e) The estimated quantity of items mentioned above may vary at the time of issuing purchase order.

f) Bidding documents are available for the bidders without any cost at the below mentioned address, however it is not compulsory.

g) Withholding Tax and Sales Tax will be deducted as per laid down Government Policy from

payment. h) The quoted prices should be valid for 90 days from the opening date of tender i.e.30/05/2016.

i) The bidders must attach copies of their GST and NTN certificate and proof of Active Taxpayer

with the tender. j) The firm / supplier will be bound to supply the required items at State Life, Zonal Office, 40-C,

University Road, Sargodha on the very short notice or at prescribed site with the territorial of

Sargodha Zone, no transportation expenses shall be payable.
