In any circumstance…

All plans must cover preventative care!

Insurers can’t:- charge you anything for preventative care- drop you or charge you more in premiums if you’re sick- limit how much care you can get in a year or lifetime.*- spend less than 85% of their $ on healthcare!

In any circumstance…

You will never have to spend over $5,000 (single) or $10,000 (family) annually out-of-pocket on healthcare.

Your taxes won’t rise to pay for bill unless you make over $500,000 (single) or $1,000,000 (together with spouse).

In any circumstance…

Your employer must play or pay if their payroll is at least $500,000/yr!

- must give you a healthcare plan and cover 72.5% (single plan) or 65% (family plan) of premiums
