How to Use True Fit® to find your bestfitting garment

Before online ordering begins, you can create a True Fit profile at www.landsend.com/true-fit-american. Follow the prompts to fill out your basic information, brand preferences, and save to your account.

When ordering, new users start the registration process by clicking on the True Fit button. Enter Height, Weight & Age.

Next enter your best fitting garment in the category you’re shopping. You can select a recommended brand or enter one in the box. This can be a personal or work item.

Enter the size your best fitting garment is. For Women’s shirts/blouses/sweaters enter your bra size. For Men’s button down shirts, enter neck size and sleeve length.

Men’sWomen’s

Enter your email address and create a password to save your True Fit profile for later uniform purchases or personal shopping. You can use True Fit where ever you see the red on other retailer websites.

After receiving your size recommendation, select it in the size dropdown and proceed to the next group.
