Writing a Winning Medical Marijuana Facilities License Application

The Board Shall Issue a License to an Applicant who:

• Submits a complete application

• Pays both the nonrefundable application fee

• If the board determines that the applicant is qualified

to receive a license under this act.

State Facilities License Application Fees

Criminal OffensesAn Applicant is Excluded if:

• Has been convicted of or released from incarceration for any felony under

the laws of this state, any other state, or the United States within the past 10

years.• Has been convicted of a controlled substance-related felony within the past

10 years.• Has been convicted of a misdemeanor involving a controlled substance,

theft, dishonesty, or fraud in any state for the last five years.

Whether an applicant has been indicted for, charged with,

arrested for, or convicted of, pled guilty or no contest to,

forfeited bail concerning any criminal offense under the

laws of any jurisdiction, either felony or controlled-

substance-related misdemeanor regardless of whether the

offense has been reversed on appeal or otherwise.
