Connect to Google Analytics from Tableau Desktop
1. Connect to Data 2. Enter Credentials 3. Choose Fields
Create Parameter & Calc Field to Switch Between Different Stats
1. Create a New Parameter 2. Create a New Calculated Field that
links to the Parameter
Create a Calc Field that turns the Destination into a URL
Create 4 Top Stats Callout Boxes
Create a Timeline View
Create a Bar Chart of Top Destination Pages
Be sure to add
“Site URL” to
the Level of
Detail
Create Similar Bar Charts for Source & Social Source

Put them all together on a New Dashboard
