How to use

Tabulex Daycare Children

Log in

Open an internet browser and type the address: www.borneweb.dk

Log in with NemID.

Afterwards you can create a Tabulex Login through “Stamkort” in the menu

If you are using a smartphone or a tablet, you may want to create a shortcut to your home screen for easier access

Menu

You will find the menu on the left side

If you are using a smartphone or a tablet, you may find that the menu is folded into small icons to make room for the entire content on your screen.

The program menu is folded out by pressing the user menu icon in the left corner

Quicklinks

If you are associated to more than one child in the system, you can switch between your children by pressing the child's picture / name in the left corner

The quicklinks at the top give you easy access to the features:

• Create an agreement (Opret aftale)

• Report sickness/illness (Meld syg)

• Report day off (Meld fridag)

You can also create agreements and days off by using the menus “Aftaler” (agreements) and “Ferie/Fri” (day off)

To log out press the silhouette person in the right corner

Bulletin board

Read the latest news from the institution and your child’s specific group

In addition, you can see a weekly calendar of your child's agreements and activities, birthdays and pictures

You can also view and enroll activities regarding your child.

Register your and your child’s contact information

Consider your child's permissions

The daycare decides which permissions that need to be considered

Consider which information you want to be displayed on playlists. If you have unlisted contact information it is not possible to view this information on the lists

Your comment field is only viewed by you and the institution

Agreements

Agreements can be established on a one-time basis, or as a recurring agreement

Example: “Mia is picked up by her father today at 15:00” or “Mia is picked up by her grandmother every other Wednesday at 14:00”

If a recurring agreement is to be cancelled, you need to make a one-time agreement. This will overwrite the recurring agreement

Messages

Create a message to the daycare or to other parents

Example: "Mia has slept badly and is a little grumpy today“

Notices like “Mia is picked up by her grandfather at 16.00” is not a message, but should occur as an agreement (Aftale)This should be created in the tab ”Aftaler” or with the quicklink-button ”Opretaftale”

“Nyt fra institutionen” (“News from the institution”) is where all entries posted on the bulletin board and the permanent documents of the institution are displayed

If you are a member of a certain forum, you will be able to access the various forums from here.

Holiday / Day off

Vacation care

Report the need for care during vacation periods i.e. which days your child is or is-not in the institution

When you report the need for care, you must submit times for when you drop off and pick up your child

Day off

Report days off on days that are not included in vacation/holiday periods

Activities

See all activities created by the institution

The activities can be displayed and signed up for via the Bulletin Board (Opslagstavlen) or via the menu “Activiteter” (Activities)

Events

Here you can reply to the family events at the institution, for example grandparent-day, summer party etc.

The institution is in charge of creating the content and creating your possible answers

Contacts

Parents with parental responsibility are automatically registered in the system and cannot be deleted

Create additional contacts with / without web access

Web access = full access to the program i.e. create agreements, sign up holiday periods, etc.

Play Lists

Access play-lists for all children linked to the institution

If your or your child’s contact data is unlisted, your address is not displayed on the playlist

Addresses are automatically shown with the exception of children/parents who are covered by ”address-protection”

Only phone numbers to parents who have given the permission “Vis pålegeliste” ("Display on playlist") on the personal data card (stamkort) are displayed

Staff

An overview of the staff and phone numbers to the individual departments

Photos

An overview of photo galleries from the institution

Download a photo by clicking on the gallery and choosing a picture

The chosen picture will be shown in a larger view

Click ”Hent billede” (Download image)

Services

Choose whether you would like to be informed by e-mail if there is a new message in the system

You can also choose to sign up for the text messaging services (SMS), and find information on how to create agreements via “SMS”

Initially, all parents get 10 free “SMS” messages to try out the service, and have the opportunity to purchase more later

Dashboard

Select group

The dashboard is a screen, set up for use by parents. On the dashboard you can see the bulletin board and register the children

Tap your child's group to view your child

Choose child

On the tile you can see where your child is currently located, and what their next scheduled activity is

Check in / out

On the dashboard parents and staff have the following options:

Register arrived

Fix or register agreements or playdates

Report ill

Report Day Off

Left for home

Left together with

View sleep times

View go-home message

View the institution's bulletin board
