How do I delete my Postcron Account?

If you have a free account, your

account will be deactivated for

inactivity when you stop logging into the

platform.

If you have a paid account, you must first

cancel your active subscription

Then your account will be deactivated for inactivity once

you stop logging into the platform

What do I do if Facebook

blocked the account that I use to login to

Postcron?

If you have a paid subscription, make a

new account then write through

SUPPORT option

Tell the email address associated with your old account and what

the current email address is

Postcron will transfer your

subscription to the new account

FREQUENT POSTING ERRORS

Why are my scheduled post not being published or

being published the wrong time?

POSTS AND DRAFTS If you see gray

checkmark in the scheduled post, the post

has been saved as a draft, therefore, it will not be published until

you enable it

To enable its publication, click on the gray checkmark.

When you see the checkmark has turned green, the post will

have been enabled for publication

TIMEZONE

Check the timezone of your account

corresponds to the time you want your

posts to be published
