After logging into ClickMedix iPhone application, when prompted to take a picture:

1. Stand in front of a mirror
2. Raise the iPhone so that you see the back of the iPhone where the rear camera is located
3. Look into the mirror to ensure your frontal view fills up most of the camera screen and press the capture button on the iPhone
Desired ResultThe top of your head, chin, and ear should be in full view. Head and chin should be close to the top and bottom of the screen

Also take a picture of your right profile and your left profile:

1. Stand in front of a mirror, turn to the side
2. Raise the iPhone so that you see the back of the iPhone
3. Look into the mirror as a guide to ensure your profile view is captured. Then look straight and tap the image-capture button on the iPhone
4. Repeat for the other side
Desired ResultThe top of your head and chin should be close to the top and
bottom of the screen
